    Hi Sourav…very well explained! What’s your take on Purvanchal Royal City phase II from appreciation standpoint? Will that project has a potential/chances to grow or to connect with sector 150 in near future?

      Purvanchal is a decent builder. It’s a good society to live in, if location suits. Not great for investment sense.

    ATS is being told under financial crunch. Other projects of ats in 150 are seeing very slow progress although only internal work remaining.

    Ats has gone into bankruptcy and insolvency how does it effect this ???

      One company under ATS was getting into insolvency but that too paid their dues. So in short nothing like this.
