After drying water ghee / butter used. Peeled almonds dropped. At last garnished with khoya. The environment at working place was very clean I appreciate. After peeling the carrots should be washed, Not after grating. All the vitamins etc are washed away.
The halva looks really good.

Why wash the grated carrots? Lot of the flavour and nutritional value get washed away as well. Can’t be compensated with dry fruits and mawa.
