Today I wanted to take a quick moment to show you how to get approved to become a Kroger vendor. In order to become a Kroger vendor you must first become a prospective vendor. To become a prospective vendor you'll need your company information and TAX ID number. When you submit this, you will receive a username and password for Kroger's vendor portal. Here is the prospective vendor form:

Once you receive the user name and password, you can make your Kroger vendor profile. In this vendor profile you'll need to provide a series of requirements. Here is a registration guide that will help you register as a vendor.

Registering as a vendor will require you to input a series of requirements. You'll need a DUNS number for example. Here is the link directly from Kroger that has all of the needed resources to become a vendor:

Once you've submitted the form to become a vendor, your information will be sent to the buyer team. Should there be interest in the classification of product that you provide, you will get approved or declined. If you get approved you will have to provide proof of insurance, you'll have to get certified under the diversity policies of Kroger. There are third party diversity certifications companies like CVM Solutions.

If you're a DSD Vendor, you'll have to fill out a DSD vendor checklist. If you manufacture, you'll have to fill out a manufacturer checklist.

EDI, yes. Please reach out to DI Central. Regarding becoming a supplier from outside the USA, I'm not familiar with the process unfortunately. I would reach out to a distributor in an area where there could be a market for your product. Someone preferably that is already in the Kroger.
I would like to ask a question , if I began a kroger vendor, how many kroger I have to supply ? an example if am a sushi supplier.
Hello. If you get into Kroger, normally you will get a few stores to run your product in. Depending on the results there, you will get access to more stores.
