- We stopped by the KISS Rebreathers factory in Arkansas to streamline and perform maintenance on our rebreathers and somebody was crazy enough to let Woody use industrial machinery.

I always liked Kiss products. My tec instructor taught the sidekick. The sidewinder is amazing! I couldn't choose between manufacturers! I fell in love with an eccr using 4 o2 sensors plus 2 helium sensors. It fit my deep diving needs. Sidemount options are awesome... low profile and streamlined. Good stuff Kiss! Thanks Gus and Woody!
You could use those meg teeth for cutting bits on the lathe. Lol

Im surprised woody didn't propose to use his professionnal diver's glue (purple elmers). That would've sped up the whole process by a factor of 4. Every good professionnal knows this 🤪

Had the rona few weeks ago and binged watched almost all of your videos, loved it, best isolation ever.
You two remind me of JD and Turk bromance from Scrubs, the banter between you two is so innocent and hillarios at the same time, you can feel the love trough the video.
Looked like Mike had a tough job at making sure you two kids don't get in trouble in his shop and converting the deathwinder to a sidewinder again.
Also not a diver, but had an itch for a long time and you two surely made me scratch it and teach me loads of new stuff at the same time. Will be definatelly gettin certified soon.

I am asking, entirely, can you guys be my instructors? Hopefully next summer I'll have the money. I want to overcome all of my fears, and my biggest one is deep water but I want to see everything, even if its a lake, and we do have 1000ft lakes here. I'm going caving next year because it's easy where I am but the diving...is scary. You two are the only ones I'd actually feel comfortable around 100+ft underwater. If I learned to dive and dove with both of you, I think I'd learn, lose the fear, and want to keep going.

That van reminds me of living in England - I learned to drive stick shift AND on the wrong side of the road at the same time in a Dihatsu HiJet which is a bizarrely tiny little van thing. 😂

Gus and Woody Challenge - Great video but I think you can do one better and create a video about finding really human fish that have mutated built-in rebreathers?
There are some people who live in the Philippians called the cenomads, these are people who don’t live on land they live on houseboats on the ocean.
For thousands of years they have had a lifestyle where they live and hunt underwater. They dive for their food and forage on the seabed. They spend hours underwater daily; they are the world's best unofficial free divers, hunting using spears and homemade wooden Goggles.
They have done this for so long that they have to the point where they have mutated to have a different spleen and oxygen metabolism than regular humans. They spend more time underwater on one breath of air than anyone else alive.
I challenge you to go to the Philippines to find these human fish and document their achievements, maybe see how long they can hold their breath and help Woody meet his distant fish cousins! 🐟

Yes about 3 months we kept the map up… but then we got to busy.

Brilliant lads we really enjoyed that from Woody showing Mike how to get the best out of a vertical milling machine to Gus finally getting the perfect adjustments for his pumped up steroid physique 😂 No really only complaint it was too short. Loved it👍

Ultrasonic cleaners are cheap. I use my 70 dollar one for a lot of things. So ya, people could easily have their own for cleaning things.. works great for deep cleaning my glasses, and when I want to clean all the keys on my keyboard/mouse.
