Doesn’t it make sense to the PNR to put up tall fences on either side of the rail tracks to keep trespassers and freeloaders out, and generally for safety? Just like what is done in every other country? Alabang station shows the reality of the bad state of PNR. The squatters nearby, no fences to divide the track from the pedestrian area, lots of trash, no track maintenance etc.
When big changes are going to be applied to PNR. One of the big changes will be their ROW Allignment Property to be guarded or just being fenced properly so that illegal settler can't build houses illegally near the railway and No more trespassers to be seen.

@@Ken-uf2se th-cam.com/video/HzWQ_UDbR38/w-d-xo.html ARE U Joke and Liar??? Train in Indonesia all full AC and modern,Clean , don't like train poor PNR like Trash
@@Ken-uf2se I'm talking about railways infrastructure (apart from MRT/LRT), the Indonesian commuter line has become so convenient thanks to cheap but reliable 2nd hand Japanese trains such as JR 205 rolling stocks. We are able to use these trains because we have electricity on pantographs over all Jabodetabek area. As opposed to Phillipines they don't have electricity system to cover the whole railways (except MRT/LRT) of Manila and surroundings, still relying on diesel locomotives. What you're saying is true if you visited Jakarta before 2012 where there were no ex-Tokyo Metro trains came to operate in Indonesia.. but now the Commuter line is miles ahead of PNR. There's no more people climbing on rooftops, people uses e-money cards to get in station, about 300+ ex-Tokyo metro trains are being imported to Jakarta, reviving unused rails, daily ridership above 1million, stations are now modernised like MRT.. Now I see this Video, I can say Indonesia IS ahead of Phillipines, because I'm a daily users of Commuter Line for years. I wish Phillipines can catch up, all the best.
Now, now people... no railway is far more worse... PNR have just ordered new trainsets from PT INKA of Indonesia. Besides, PNR was about to have its lines and trains run in electricity and I have read and seen an article somewhere on the Internet regarding a plan about it from the 70s (electrifying the trains and the lines of PNR) but those plans didn't go through for some reasons. Sure that we have also acquired train donations from Japan before... and while they're here, they're still pretty much handy for our commuter lines as long as they're still useful for the PNR... the PNR 203 Series EMUs may seem to be locomotive hauled, they still have a source of power for the basic necessities like the air conditioning, the lights, and the doors, all cominh from a generator set located at the head car of an EMU set.
The Philippine National Railways is about to have its system and its railway lines improve and all we have to do is wait for these to happen. The PNR is included and part of the Railway Modernization Program and Buil! Build! Build! Infrastructure Projects of our current administration. The North-South Commuter Railway Project is one of the railway projects that PNR is involved. In this project, it features the connectivity of one whole modern railway system which will link and connect the North and South, and will also help travel to be seamless and hassle-free, aimed to provide better quality service and train speed.
Even I as a Filipino so disappointed about the system in regards to this transportation. If I am been gonna be interviewed I'll gonna tell everything that needs to be improved.
