How long was the trip in the west and how long was it in the north?
we spent 8 days in the west and 4 up in the north!
Which airports did you fly to and from to get from the west to the north ?
we flew from Trondheim (west) to Leknes (north).

Did you fly directly to Stavanger and rent a car there? Also I guess u dropped the rental at Trondheim.. is it expensive to pick the car in one place and drop it other place?
we flew into Stavanger and drove up to Trondheim, so we had to pay quite a bit of additional charges to return the car at a different destination, but it saved us a lot of time and was more practical for our itinerary as we went to Lofoten after Trondheim!
Would you suggest any specific car rental company?
@@silparepaka2033 we went with Sixt and overall the rental process was pretty smooth!

yes we used a rental car the whole trip and went on the ferry multiple times. we rented a car separately in the west and in the north.
