      @@RachelSAsbury I made this bread and the gluten wheat bread and i liked the latter best because it taste like real bread but Tahini bread is liter and cheeper and it does not taste like egg but i dont know why mine didnot rise like hers.

    Do you think its possible to double this for a standard loaf pan? I don't have any baking dishes that small

      Hello dear, you can definitely double the recipe for a standard size loaf pan (8x4) and just increase the baking time until top is golden brown and when toothpick is clean when inserted.❤️🤗

    Thanks so much for sharing this recipe! I doubled the ingredients, baked in a regular sized loaf pan, and added 10 minutes extra baking time. Oh and I also added 1teaspoon herb seasoning bc I want a savory bread. It's absolutely delicious! Keeps really well for a week in a ziplock bag. My non-keto husband really enjoys the nutty savory flavor too.

    Thank you for sharing another great recipe. It turns out a beauty and tastes great. (I went for the lesser sweetener content - 2 tbsp.) Goes very well with cheese/ savoury spreads and has a nice subtly nutty aroma and a firm but light consistency. Excellent macros. Love, peace and justice.

    I don't like the taste of psyllium husk, tried many times, I just cannot eat it. So decided to try this today. and it turned out AWESOME! If you don't like that moisturised, wettish texture of the flaxseed and psyllium husk breads, please give this a try. It has the best taste ever! And I have been baking loads of breads for the last 10 years, I love the taste and smell of wheat breads. I think I will miss those less with this recipe. Thanks for this channel and awesome videos

    Tahini dough is my favorite bread replacement for keto! I've been using a recipe for hamburger rolls from Forest & Fauna for years! Excited to have a loaf recipe now! You can make so many versions using tahini. I usually do cinnamon or rye (add caraway seeds) or Everything But The Bagel seasoning. SO GOOD!

      @@PastleLif3 Not that I ever noticed, the tahini comes through but not in a real sesame way. The sweetener in the recipe really helps to smooth out the flavor, don't leave it out even for the savory flavors, it gives it that nice sweet wheat sort of flavor.

    I've been meaning to try making a tahini keto bread for quite some time but as soon as you uploaded your video I knew that I must try it right away.
    The bread grew in the oven nicely and even received a very yummy crust. Since I don't have a good bitterness scale for sesame pastes, I used the maximum amount of erythritol sweetener indicated in the video and the bread turned out rather sweet, more like a cake rather than bread - next time I will know to use less sweetener.
    Also, since I didn't have backing soda, I replaced it with baking powder based on the recommended ratio 1:3 (using 8g of baking powder in total). The prickly feeling on the tongue is still present, like it happens to all recipes that use baking powder.
    This became my favorite keto bread and for me it's so addictive that I ate almost half of it in one go. I was pretty impatient to try it, so I ignored your advice to wait, cut a slice while it was not fully cooled and I noticed it was still a bit moist inside; however after it cooled off completely the dough became dry as it should, keeping its natural oily texture.
    The bread works great with cream cheese or other cheese spreads, also with butter and jam. It doesn't fit to all meat types though, for example corned beef is a poor combination.
    How do you usually store your keto breads - in the fridge or outside?

    I am crazy for sesame seeds - and I recently decided to go gluten free. Finding this recipe feels like a dream come true! Today I had a yen for bread, and this comes into my stream when I was searching for baking ideas with ground sesame seeds. TY soooo much! I will be making this tomorrow. Prepped all the ingredients already so all will be at room temp when I start it tomorrow. I especially like also that no psyllium husk involved - I have a sensitivity to that and I hesitate to try it.

    For a full loaf would you double the recipe? Also would a silicon loaf pan work?

      One of the reasons her recipes work well is that she uses these small baking dishes. If you double the recipe and put it in a regular sized loaf pan you will be more likely to get a misshapen, poorly risen loaf. If you want to double the recipe it’s better to use two pans of the correct size.

      Hello AC, you cab definitely double the recipe for a standard size loaf pan and just increase the bakinh time until top is golden brown and whn toothpick is clean when inserted.❤️

      Hello Freda, you can definitely omit the sweetener but pls take note that tahini will always have a somewhat bitter taste, but you might notice some brands to have a more excessive bitterness to them. This can be due to poorly roasted or over-roasted seeds or the source of the sesame seeds. There are brands that don't have such a hard bitter flavor but have a more smooth flavor. So choose a good quality tahini, also adding some sweetener may help counteract bitterness.

    At first I was not in love with it however the next day I smeared eggplant Parmigiana on the bread. It could do well with certain menus I feel. It is all relative for sure what kind of bread we can like. Very interesting indeed.

      Thank you dear! This bread will stay super soft for 5-7 days and unlike some other types of bread, this freezes beautifully - wrap it well and it will keep for up to 3 months in an airtight container. ❤️

    I LOVE THIS RECIPE! This is the best keto bread recipe I've tried yet!
