I’ve seen so many detachment videos and this is the first one where I’ve gotten a brand new perspective on it. The whole saying “Mine” thing blew my mind
I was so attached with my friends in the recent times and now that I have to bid them goodbye I really felt like I was in lack of the external love. This video really helped me alot!!❤
This is an amazing insight. i have been attached to someone i had strong feelings for and the video reminded me that if they never was mine why should i worry so much they can’t add or take anything away from me. Thanks again have a nice day ❤
For sure I’ll make a video about having more confidence about your physical appearance. But for now, I have a video titled “the key to confidence is being your authentic self” check that out in the meantime🫶🏼 glad my video was able to help💕
@4:51 would love if you made a separate video about this concept (if you haven’t already; new to your channel!) i’m curious what you mean by we are the consciousness behind our thoughts. like what does that tangibly mean? if i am not the things external to me but i am also not my thoughts, who am I? as always, thanks for sharing your content with the world :)
I most likely will make a video on this topic. You are not the thoughts you have, you are the awareness behind those thoughts. The observer of the thoughts in your mind (which is not you and is only part of your vessel aka body) creates. Same goes for your emotions/emotions thoughts, people say “I am sad” when in reality you’re only experiencing sadness. Realizing this will help to ground you when you’re overwhelmed and creates a separation to prevent you from internalizing the “problem” as part of yourself. But then again there’s also the topic of non-duality which is a whole other spectrum. I will definitely go deeper in a future video. Thanks for your comment and welcome to the family❤️
The problem is I don't know where to start when it comes to finding myself. I attach to external things because I have no clue how to find my self internally. I pick up on a bunch of hobbies and routines to keep me busy but I end up quitting and never looking back until the next month. I am never consistent nor true to my word:(
You cannot find yourself because you cannot find something that you are, but the lack of depth of your conscious awareness of your spiritual being is what creates that feeling of internal disconnect. Try meditating and spending non mind stimulating time going within practicing observing. Also, you ultimately choose your purpose, and that comes down to what your values are. And the lack of being consistent and not staying true to your word is because of your lack of self respect. Watch my video called “you don’t lack discipline you lack self respect” for a deeper insight to that🌸🫶🏼
Amazing video! But then I'm always scared to even try to fully detach myself from smth.. Like, I'm attached to my grades.. That's why I'm able to score decent grades.. But then if I get detached from them, then it wouldn't matter would it? What if I just stop trying? I feel like everything I do that helps myself is because I'm attached to something.. And i do want to get detached but then what if I lose myself instead? It's scary
Being detached doesn’t mean not caring, but not basing your entire being and your worth on that thing. Because what happens if your grades fail? You feel diminished because you’re so closely identified with it. It’s about knowing your own worth is not dependent on it and that no matter the state of your attachments it doesn’t take away from (or add to) who you are🫶🏼

I will say I was once attached to a person too. Once I loved me fully that attachment to them fell away, I love me so much and detached and loving it.
