We can not get this type of road concrete with the curb in African because the contractors have been paid briberies to the government, clerks, messengers before he can get the contracts. He has use half of the money to bribes, he has to pay his workers before making his profits. How can the job be done well after half of the money has gone to bribe. Corruption is killing Africa's every where unless we changeover.
I wish that would stop, and Western countries stop hand-picking these misfits and make it look like democracy Western style. Thanks to the 3 conscious of their history who had to take matters into their own hands by coups, as there's no other way to play their game.
