Thanks alot, from Iran, I'm sure making this clip takes alot of time, number of cuts and video taking is awesome
Thanks to the person who put this up, great idea, you guys are amazing. I enjoy watching this video, it helps me to understand how heavy machinery work in your region.
Saludos a South Korea 🇰🇷 blessings from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷
I send my full respect to these hard-working and productive Koreans. Nice products.
well done! thanks for not adding a ridiculous soundtrack like most of these industrial videos on YT. liked and subscribed. and after watching awhile, i'm awed by the ingenuity that went into designing all the automated machinery. dazzled even. i'd like to see a vid of starting up a plant with new equipment and what problems and solutions happen getting it up and running. i'm sure training personnel is a daunting task but that's another story.

In the Korean culture, those who did not finish college or couldn't afford to attend end up doing all kinds of manual labor, and they are very well unionized against the nepotist, coll
ege educated young owners of the company.
i found the vid absolutely fascinating
i so luv seeing stuff like this , we are amazing creatures .
Brilliant techniques!
The engineering design process to achieve this goal and work force are mind blowing great video
Absolutely amazing
The number of operations
and the attention to detail that goes into making these columns and beams is amazing and the level of skill that the workers bring to their craft is admirable. And nobody who sees the end product has a clue what went into making it!
Yet they still fail every where they are made lol
It’s literally ALL done by machines though?
❤true
Thank you for sharing these videos…Very interesting and satisfying.
Industrial processes like this are crazy interesting.
They are also amazing opportunities for women to ACTIVELY seek equality, no?
*Here's to a day full of laughter and good vibes!*
Very satisfying to watch.
*Thank you for sharing these wonderful moments with everyone* 👍👍
Honestly, it is overwhelming to watch things like this, & having the realization of how smart we are as a society. It’s truly unbelievable to me.
I loved this video. Here the South Koreans are building, growing, making their lives better. They are industrious and hard working. Oh and ditto to the comment on not having silly music. The factory sounds were just right.
I prefer factory sounds to pretentious music
Personally I like to listen to Fountain Heads@@Toqueville2023
Very interesting
Super !
I'm delighted at South Korean economic success and quite enjoyed my year at Kunsan AB helping defend it in however small a way.. Outsiders not familiar should remember South Koreans rebuilt an almost completely destroyed infrastructure and economy in less than half a century and did it without the natural resources of mainland China.
Another thanks for not using a stupid sound track as they detract from technical videos.
Amazing when you compare N and S Korea, even with all of the flaws of capitalism, communism can only seemingly duplicate insanity in its many replications
So great 👍 work ❤❤❤
SUPER 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Well damn, that girder factory was pretty sweet. Having a rebar bender on site probably save a ton of time and material
Hail the Light🤟🔺🔺🔺congratulations
SUPER . Great.
Pretty wild. I worked in different fields from Army aviation missile guidance systems, computer information system training, robotics, building Injection molding machines, robotics setup and installed and aligned with CNC centerless grinding machines, 30° milling machines, worked as a diesel mechanic for several years, bus mechanic, electronics, pneumatics on these buses, did electrician work wiring factories & homes for a year or so. I had a lifetime of experiences and now retired. I still enjoy watching how things are done and made. Man's abilities are truly amazing. 🙂
Just think of the pain that people suffered for years working on factory floor and inventing all of this. The amount of blood, death as well as tears of joy when people would finally figure out something more efficient, more safe...❤❤ after you finish thinking about it, watch a video where they pour molten metal while in flipflops...🤣🤣
cherish every piece of human work and earth resources no matter where it is made.
I use 2X speed and the right arrow button. I don't think I miss a thing. Great stuff!!!!
Amazing..
👍👍👍
I watched this whole damn thing. Now this is ASMR!
15:13 love the very industrial approved soda bottle cooler device, very high tech.
Working without eye protection or hearing protection. Manually feeding rotating machinery. That factory has it all.
I reviewed the video for about 45 minutes, I did not hear the members of the teams from the Corriénne factories speak except the noise of the machines and tools...
Everyone is focused on the task before them and they accomplish it with precision...
Well done....
The reason no one is talking is because if you are not paying attention: those machines will kill you. That is not a joke or exaggeration. What would 10,000 pounds of concrete or steel do to your foot?
Ciekawie to wygląda.
I did this job when I was 15 in Concrete Utilities in the 1960's
Watching from sanpedro pagadian city
The work is mundane enough but being subject to loud ring tones 😯
Those N-95 masks work great keeping the paint fumes out of the lungs.
Great
COMMENT: Hmmm, the steel rebar they're using looks uncoated, and thus prone to corrosion ... which is the bane of reinforced concrete, because steel swells when it corrodes, splitting the concrete. Im guessing the only ways to slow or prevent that is to epoxy coat the rebar, or connect a sacrificial anode somewhere.
always keep checking material qualities...safer...
It is PC Pile!Great video
Listening to Bagatelle No. 25 in A minor (Für Elise) all day while at work is an infernal torture. It would drive me insane. At first I thought it was just the office phone, or an ice cream truck driving by. 😵💫
It's an upgrade from the monotone beeping that takes place in other factories.
I thought it rather refreshing. Curiously refreshing.
@@UncleTriangle its not an upgrade though.. its practically guantanamo bay level torture.. think about it
@@herbyverstinkAny thing repeated frequently enough could be torture. I'd prefer this over the more common factory single tone beeping.
i thought exactly the same thing
Nice organic safe mask used doing spraying
If these things are HOLLOW building columns, it might be possible to tweak their design, to serve as a kind of pneumatic, compressed air battery, to supply the local electric grids with emergency reserve power.
Gracias esos hermosos videos soy muy instructivo
Great things get done wen working together.
Mantap korea, pabrik disana mandangnya skill, bukan umur
nice thanks
Efisiensi waktu dan disiplin kerja tingkat tinggi membuat Bangsa Korea Selatan menjadi Negara Industri maju. Semoga menjadi Contoh baik bagi pekerja Bangsaku Indonesia disektor Industri dalam bentuk apapun. lihat terjemahan
Why the Koreans or the Japanese workers are so advanced? Because they work like hell! 👍👍👍 They don't play around with biscuits!
Great people, you created the world
wowwww big hollow blocks
WOW! It's like Victorian Britain :)
The amount of energy required to power one of these factories is almost unimaginable.
10:55 you can just tell how heavy those things are.... look at the hell it gives that truck
The sounds in factory #4 were stuff nightmares are made of
The title is confusing , but I enjoyed watching it. 👍
Nice
I agree
Can someone explain the almost 8-bit music in the background of some of the video's? I thought it was for a crane but the timing didn't look right.
Love all the TH-cam experts making comments on here. The companies making these products would have a quality process no doubt. You see how they automate processes that used to be done on-site with shuttering. Their quality systems and batch conformity must have passed the required tests. Great video, nice processes. Dirty Jobs are gradually replacing the human operatives as time goes by.
Much better than ceramic, pipes.
That is a verydangerous place to work. It appears to be so dangerous there are few reasons to protect the workers short of hard hats. Death lies in every direction. I worked in a rock crushing plant at an open pit iron mine and it was nothing compared to this factory level of danger and certain death. These are BRAVE workers. 16:10
Interesting.. My work in Lithuania was almost like this.. But This Factory is Next Level.. Bogger..
Poco lo visto. Pero un ensamblaje. De hierro estupendo. No lo que se ve de madera. Cartón, .
I was surprised to see Maria Bartiromo’s name on the list.
this is pretty overwhelming
This was interresting to watch but it doesn't give you information on the actual processing steps. It would be nice also to get some information on the process, like how long does it tumble to set the concrete, why are they going into a pressure vessel and how long. If you are familliar with concrete processes I'm sure this all makes sense but not to people unfamilliar with them
My respect to those working there. Definitely, the water tank making process can be automated. Lifting those bags and pouring is back breaking. There can be a larger capacity feed, where bags are cut, mixed with that orange dye and fed directly. Same for the outer frame making for that tank. I wonder LDPE is carcinogenic ? Lot of cancer comes with stored water. Water should flow and not be stagnant.
What was the music in the background?
this tecnology is very arcaic :
مشاء الله
A continuous cast process could be used for the pretensioned concrete pipe. It would cut production costs and time in half. I would be happy to outline the process for them if anyone is interested.
Most unexpected use of "For Elise" yet
