No contest. How could it be? The Show was basically a documentation of Charlie Sheens life. Berta, Rose, Alan - they all played their parts really great, but Charlie was the heart of the show. Walden could not touch him.

It didn't end because of that, the show had gone on for 12 years, it was expected to end, a few seasons after Kutcher's arrival, he joined the show pretty late.
Walden is not funny at all just shows chuck lowie, did not haveca clue picking Walden. Charlie wins hands down by a mile

Charlie had humour and was funny by just speaking. Whereas Walden had to dance move a lot and do funny gestures to make the scene funny.

I like Walden, but Charlie will always be my favorite, he was funny without really trying to be and it never felt like he was acting but just going through an average day and really could’ve led the show himself, Walden always felt like he was a backup dancer like he needed funny situations to be in to be funny not his dialogue or mannerisms.

Charlie's demeanor is enough for people to laugh. Even Alan & the women cracked better jokes than Walden's. It isn't Kutcher's fault but very few people could have filled in Charlie's role. Maybe Steve Carell or Jim Carrey could surpass him but still Charlie's jokes were surreal.
