check the power supply where the lamps get that voltage. last resort i want to try convert one with a LED bar. never done it so i can`t tell you how to but maybe you can find it first.
okey and what did you exactly deterime ? You only let us see that your screen is working. I did not saw 1 fault at all. So whats the meaning of this video ?
hello my friend. eder its TV or monitor LCD they all have backlight. yes? OK. this is a LCD monitor with lamps. before troubleshooting the PSU for no backlight , you do this. A old guy who tough me basic repairing and soldering said to ALWAYS CHECK THE LAMPS. I did and I found out that the PSU from this LCD was OK and one set of lamps fail. if check the lamps and they are Ok then you go and start troubleshooting the PSU. It's always the BL_ON voltage missing. :)

yes. finding the right lamp and you fixed an LCD screen. you won`t believe how many re trow out like this.
