You will never get a group of musicians to agree on an earthy tone, because there is no meaning or definition. But touch sensitive is a real term. The change in distortion between loud and soft playing. I could see "sound from USA" or "visual super product" on a shirt though.
Josh..to me your channel, it’s content, and your approach has breathed life into the idea that there doesn’t always have to be winners and losers. Top jacks are awful. The patch cables stick out in an annoying way and get in the way of the power input. They usually end up taking up more space that side jacks.

I can only hope that the joy of Japanese and Chinese translation to English goes the other way too. Because some of my biggest belly laughs of the last decade have legit been because of this.

The most important components are his drumming, great mic placement of adequate mics, and great tuning. A couple 57’s and a couple condensers will do the trick. Try the glyn johns 4 mic technique. It’s not as complicated as some will make it out to be.
That pedal was a myth for years until it became clear it really existed among the 10-series lovers and collectors.;) I'm still loving and using my Ibanez power-series pedals and they all still work to this day. On my boards are still the MS10 and the great DDL20. Great video and it is always amazing to see a kindred soul in regarding my love for Ibanez and Boss pedals. Keep them coming, buddy!

Hey Josh, find these, if you haven't already. My second pedal, a 70's Digitech phase shifter with two rate knobs and a second footswitch for a/b. Also the 60's/70's Crown fuzz box my oldest brother had. Black crinkle finish, thin glued on name plate and slider tone switch.

For my fellow nerds out there, I feel like I should mention that the EQ knob would actually be a low-pass filter if it allows full brightness when turned all the way up and gets darker as you turn it down. It could be a more complex tone circuit with different levels of attenuation and boost throughout the travel of the knob, but in general that would be a low-pass filter. Anyway, sorry to nitpick. I love your videos, and I'm so happy that you were given such a generous gift!

Ibanez DL-10 Delay was my first guitar effect. I tripped up years ago and sold it but last year decided to buy another and am so happy I did...before it showed up in this video. Seriously though, if you are looking for a lo-fi digital delay its worth checking out. If you max out the settings you get kind of a washed out sound that's very different than one that feeds back. Also, its a very analog-ish sounding delay that would probably fool you into thinking it wasn't digital.
This has to be one of the tastiest pedals ever. I genuinely have been salivating just listening to the sonics of the overdrive this magic box has produced
