The Butler family w/F. A. C. Also resides in Moose Jaw Sask, Canada for the Canadian business end! The had purchased the old Grayson mansion, were they set up shop in the eighties as Fifth Avenue Jewelry to start!! Afterwards came Butler with better designs and quality, pieces with many other ideas being used that were very influencial for that time period! A friend of ours still works there after 24 years. My children were born there and family still lives there. There are friends we know that work there an travel to Hong Kong and around the world also promoting there jewelry, and getting materials gems, metal works, pearls and ideas for there pieces! And there are many pieces unmarked for ultimal reasons!! Also for many years Nicky Butler is a women's they say??!!

Always good to hear from you, hope you are feeling well! When it comes to me, I usually say "I'm financially embarrassed" HAHA! I started selling in 1998. My gramma (my mother's mother) was the big jewelry lover and got me hooked! She didn't have much money, but enjoyed buying the fakes! The bigger (and sometimes tackier!) the better for her! She was a cool gramma and I loved her so very much. We would often go through her jewelry together. I loved that. My mom used to have an ebay business, but doesn't do it any longer. My gramma didn't sell jewelry. I love music, again, a gift from my gramma in a way! My hubby is a music lover too and we are both armchair music historians! Yes that is my intro. I have a cross where the bale is marked NB India which is a legitimate Nicky Butler mark but the cross portion is not marked. I looked at multiple pictures of NB crosses but could not find one where the cross was not signed. It very much looks like an NB cross but I am afraid to list it as one. What would you do?
Well, I give full disclosure in the description saying stuff exactly like what you just wrote. You could explain it like you did above. The bale is marked, but oddly, the pendant is not. Say you are not sure but believe it may be a Nicky Butler. Then you could write "you be the judge" and say that it is beautiful in any event. In the title you could write "Nicky Butler ?". And then take good photos. That's my two cents! Good luck with is. Hugs.

Does that fact that a piece of jewelry comes from QVC or HSN make it less valuable?
Not really. They have some expensive well made things, and some they make to be more affordable. It depends. Personally, I love lots of their stuff….
