Nobody has inspired people to play guitar more than Eric Clapton. Well, BB King or Robert Johnson or Hendrix maybe have, but I’m sticking with Slowhand.
Bramhall is good, but Derek Trucks is off the scale tighter with Clapton than anyone else, period. I’ve seen Clapton live 11 times, the last time in 2009 but with Trucks instead of Bramhall. I could really tell the difference listening to this show (which is also great).
