Fusion fall was abandoned because someone reported them for making money when it was just a fan project. Cartoon Network came and shut down the original recreation which would continuously have at least 100 people no matter where you went in the main trading posts. I didn’t even realize fusion fall. The fan project had been remade until about a week ago or even reminded that it’s not the original recreation until this video.
I play fusionfall still with a bunch of people and I usually see a couple every couple of minutes. It was definitely just the time of day you were on or you were just missing people because I still see a good chunk of players running around, mainly at the main quest givers.

Let's go Globert Sadly I've never actually played any of those games, I was more of a flashgames kid, but some of those look really fun so I think I will give it a shot
Fusion Fall? That is a name I haven't heard in years. Fusion Fall was my first big MMO game that I played. I remember I was the first to find a cutlass sword that people assumed they skipped. I think it was the lvl 36 or 38 cutlass sword. I remember a friend of mine asking what sword was a I using, and when he asked if he can see it via trade, she freaked out and I made a form post about it because I didn't know that I was the only one with it. Good times.
I used to play habbo, and loved it. Completely forgot about it tbh. I also remember the first superhero game from seeing a guy play it. Tbh, didn't know what it was. Thought it was the DC online game, and didn't know it existed
Fusionfall was my most favorite game to play back then. When it released, a lot of people including me had to stop paying because there was a paywall. We couldn't advance without paying real money. Eventually, they unlocked it and allowed players to advance, and I thought the game was going into the right direction. But, they abandoned this game too. They made a moba type Fusionfall game that didn't last long, and they shut off servers for the OG. I tried playing again when there were devoted people who remade it during their free time, and I was overjoyed for a while, but it just wasn't the same anymore. I got older, I had to work and had no time for games anymore. Witnessing this game be abandoned, devastated me. I mean, what game lets you hang out with your favorite cartoon network characters?? At the time, none.
i remember playing fusion fall, i loved that game and i played it alot. I remember having dance parties and such at the KND tree house, seeing no one at the tree house and the game empty is very sadding
Honest to God your videos might be some of the best I've watched lately. The editing, the pacing, the moments that come from those interactions, it all comes together perfectly. Good shit, man!
3:06 if you're into this kind of game you can also play DCUO which is DC Universe Online with the same premise. You can be a hero that is mentored by Superman, Batman or Wonder Woman or you can be a villain that is mentored by Lex Luthor, The Joker or Cersei
My childhood online games were Club Penguin, Dofus, Dragon Saga, Mapple Story, Wizard 101, Naruto online, Aion and Elsword (also blade and Soul some time later). I feel like those game would still be pretty active, if you ever do another video like this it might be a good idea to check them out.
Dofus is still crazy popular and running stronger than ever. Recently jumped into unity with improved graphics. The English community is still large and thriving 🎉
You don't know how glad I am that you are slowly moving towards your goal, go ahead, you have my support!, what do you think about making a video about forgotten facebook games? (dungeon rampage, galactic football, code lyoko...
Some of my greatest online friends at the time came from Habbo until I got hacked. I remember I logged onto one of my Alts a while ago just to see what was going on. It honestly made me super sad that I could not longer talk to some of those OG's I had met all those years ago. Jake5o5 and Josh5o5 was my username. What a trip it was seeing Habbo in this video. Good video man. Keep it up.
Fusionfall is my favourite MMO of all time. I play it randomly, and it’s amazing. Yeah, it may be empty, but it’s still amazing. You want Retrobution for a good private server. Also, you’re in the future. Most players are in the past.
Really great series so far, as someone who was growing up around the late 2000's early 2010's, a lot of these hit home for me! If you continue doing this series, Might I suggest trying out Star Wars Clone Wars Adventures (2010-2014) and/or Lego universe (2010-2011?) They're not that easy to get into but I think it'd be cool to show that not all of these games are easily brought back, and the length some people go to recreate/revive them is insane.

Fusionfall being here is a lil dumb considering that the early areas like sector V arent the place where people hang out in. Like some have said here, Retrobution is the place where everyone plays the game in now, and it has a fairly active community in the discord server. Players are usually found in peach creek commons and mt. blackhead.

something to note about City of Heroes: Homecoming: it originally started as a private server, but it actually recieved an official blessing from NCSoft, the rights holder, so City of Heroes is actually around in a semi-official capacity, and is still getting new content!
@scramkid come on now. 1.) why would they publish a LEGAL DOCUMENT(read as: a contract) that is likely meant for their eyes only? 2.) don't you think that NCSOFT would've stepped in at some point in the full calendar year since that announcement to shut it down if it was a lie? are you aware of how cutthroat copyright law is? i know your little cliques like to bicker and moan about something that's only ever a good thing, but use your brain first sometime.

I remember a friend of mine asking what sword was a I using, and when he asked if he can see it via trade, she freaked out and I made a form post about it because I didn't know that I was the only one with it. Good times.
Happy holiday glob🎉
Merry Globmas 🧑🎄
ur voice is really cuuteee, merry christmas globert!!
I never watch full videos, but you're such a vibe, dude c:
i remember playing fusion fall, i loved that game and i played it alot. I remember having dance parties and such at the KND tree house, seeing no one at the tree house and the game empty is very sadding
Honest to God your videos might be some of the best I've watched lately. The editing, the pacing, the moments that come from those interactions, it all comes together perfectly. Good shit, man!
Petition to get him to play monkey quest
How do you even play that game anymore? I would 100% play it again if there was a way to

good job man, keep up the nostalgic content. maybe even dive into some older TV shows from us 2000s kids. nice video!
it’s globberin time 5:25
Woah 😂😂😂😂😂pause
@ 😂
I really loved playing FusionFall. I played it daily 15 years ago. Too bad it got shut down after a while.
I played PlayStation Home as a kid. I don’t think I will find a game like it again like when it was active.
Habbo looks crazy and this 17:18 The Fridge game looks lit.
The moment I saw the thumbnail I knew. FUSIONFALL
Keep it up.
My channel is all about fusionfall when it was alive in its prime! Was such a fun game to play!!
Fusion fall makes me really sad, i loved that game as a kid
I like your voice documentary; it's like a lullaby for me :D , You made the fridge game sound fun hahahah
If you continue doing this series, Might I suggest trying out Star Wars Clone Wars Adventures (2010-2014) and/or Lego universe (2010-2011?)
They're not that easy to get into but I think it'd be cool to show that not all of these games are easily brought back, and the length some people go to recreate/revive them is insane.
Hello I am a new sub to the channel. This is a fantastic style of videos and I binged all of them once I found your channel. Keep grinding out the videos and the following you deserve will come. Thanks for what you do!
Also I just saw the 'numbuh two" and I really hope that is a scrubs reference
Thanks Ben, you’re an awesome glob ❤️
Hey man, i just found your channel, ur videos have an insane level of quality, keep it up!
Other games to consider for your next video:
▪︎ Virtual Magic Kingdom (VMK)
▪︎ Pirates of the Caribbean Online (POTCO)
▪︎ Toon Town
▪︎ Wizards 101
He covered 3 of those a previous video titled "Exploring abandoned games from my childhood" ("my" childhood instead of "our" childhood). He covered Toontown, Pirates of the Caribbean Online and Wizard 101
@leaxl08 Oh, sweet!
Thank you!
gosh VMK was my jam for a few years. I even went to didney around that time and got the VMK cards with item codes. Gosh.
gwengwengwen forever
the community is super wholesome
Wow i lived on PS Home back in like 08 GREAT times man. It's good to see that they made a private server.
All your videos are legendary! Keep them coming!
Fusionfall being here is a lil dumb considering that the early areas like sector V arent the place where people hang out in. Like some have said here, Retrobution is the place where everyone plays the game in now, and it has a fairly active community in the discord server. Players are usually found in peach creek commons and mt. blackhead.
He should definitely revisit it
in peach creek commons right now 9:30 pm. nobody to be seen.
Hope you enjoyed SHSO. Was part of my childhood until it got shut down.
I'm loving these videos! If you make another one, you should totally do pandanda!
omg yes. Pandanda & club penguin were my games as a kid.
@greggieeee you're just like me lol
‼️Globs, FusionFall isn’t actually abandoned, I was in the wrong area. Apparently it’s very active! I apologize for the misinformation
Also if you guys want to support the teams keeping these games alive, you should definitely go check them out, they would love more players! A quick google search will help you find the games
You should pin this comment.
That means ALL of them are active!
"FusionFall isn’t actually abandoned, I was in the wrong area." Cope harder
@@KajuTheRudeMonke What? How is that coping lol
I remember playing the Original Beta for Fusion Fall all those years ago.
Damn that was a long time ago.
Yea same😭
This was so high quality and nostalgic, thank you and great job!
PlayStation Home mentioned automatic W
5:17 lol as an old a is COH/COV player watching you use the sands of mu /flurry was a childhood memory restored
globert posted💯
Fusion Fall, wow. I was just thinking about this game the other day. I was only able to play the beginning, never got the full game but it was still fun. Thanks for the memories.👍
something to note about City of Heroes: Homecoming:
it originally started as a private server, but it actually recieved an official blessing from NCSoft, the rights holder, so City of Heroes is actually around in a semi-official capacity, and is still getting new content!
An official blessing that they never actually showed outside of saying "We got it"
Which doesn't say much from a server built on lying.
@scramkid come on now.
@@cactuss33ds You mean the same server that copypasted a EULA from another game?
@@scramkid I'll be honest, you seem a lot more invested in whatever drama you've cooked up in your head than i am. i just wanted to pass on cool news about a childhood game that people thought was dead. i don't really know or care about degen private server drama. think what you wanna think.
Oh wow that’s really cool actually
My first time here! Ngl, this video seems so wholesome. And some of the games actually seem very interesting. Subscribing!
GLOBBING EVERYWHERE
Never stop globbing
Hey! Awesome video! It’s so fun to see such high-quality content that brings back memories from my childhood. I love it, and God bless!
I’m definitely subscribing 👍🏾
I remember my first ps home gf😩
Man, fusion fall brings back so many memories… me and my siblings played that game so much, it made me so sad when it officially closed. Got so far too.
That, and club penguin.
2 hours to reach lvl 4 sounds insane
Its a strange, nostalgic but cool feeling to get on a game that not many people play anymore, come across a handful of genuinely nice people and just have cool moments together! 😂🔥
New video let’s go! Keep up the content man, I enjoy the videos!
Nightmare girl was having the joy of her life as she was rising a child for real :) it is really fun to rise a newbie
Nahh I have so many memories trading on Animal Jam and working my way up to a black long spike 😭😭
I remember hearing about FusionFall's shutdown, the subsequent organized fan attempt to bring it back, and the fan attempt to reboot it with revitalized graphics and game mechanics. Unfortunately, WB did not take this kindly for long and ordered them to shut down.
Nice video. Glad to see old games stll kicking.
great video! keep up the good work man
school of dragons is such a nice nostalgia hit... thanks for reminding that game globert
