    Our engineers came up with an easy to install design that remains captive during wheel removal while also integrating spools to the CNC machined adjusters. That's what we call multi-problem solving! The captive design completely eliminates the frustration caused by the stock units falling out or shifting during maintenance while the spools add a much-needed feature that enables the ability to safely lift and secure the rear of your Grom using a rear paddock stand. The CNC machined axle blocks fit within the swingarm and have precision engraved notches to ensure correct axle installation and adjustment. The backplate adjustment bolt provides quick longitudinal axle block movement so you don't have to mess with having two wrenches and a prayer that things don't shift on you. Every turn of the adjustment bolt results in 1mm of travel to enable precise and easy to measure adjustments. Every component is CNC machined from 6061 aluminum alloy and features a gorgeous black anodized finish to add some stealthy style and increased durability.

    I ordered mine around New Years and it finally arrived yesterday.
    First it was sold out, waited like 5 or 6 weeks, then it was ready and it shipped, it got lost or something for two weeks before I contacted USPS.
    Anyways, I installed these today. Pretty straight forward to put together. I had some old carpet and old couch cushions to lay the Grom on its side while I put these things on. Deep cleaned the chain and sprockets and changed the oil while I was at.
    Definitely a great game changer!

      Thank you for your patience. If we were a bigger company we would have drones air drop the parts immediately. For now we have to rely on the networks of couriers that are available. Some have become very unreliable so nowadays we give our customers the option to choose the courier they want. Hopefully we can get you parts quicker on your subsequent orders.

    Just got mine in today!! Didn't have the blue womtech in stock so I got the black ones. Haven't installed it yet but the material feels like high quality. Had the NDC adjusters on but seems to malfunction lately (reason why I'm trying these). Hoping for better results. 🙏🏾

    Quick question, I see you did not loosen the locking bolt before adjusting, was that part just skipped or should you loosen the locking bolt prior to chain adjustment?

    Any chance of making these for the Z125?

      We have a Z125 here today. We are looking into how much work it will take to make this type of setup for that bike. No promises that we will make a setup for the Z but we are at least looking into what it will take.

      @@sampatrick9704 not this version. The new gen has the same-ish swingarm but the axle window is stamped further back so it requires a different setup than the first two gens of the bike. No worries though...we already designed them and soon we will have prototypes to test.

      Unfortunately we've never got a clone in-house so we have no idea.

    To install this item, one first has to use the paddock to lift up the rear of the bike. I have found that the stock license plate holder/fender prevents me from being able to place my Pitbull paddock in place, under the swingarms. The bike in the video has the stock fender/ license plate holder removed, so it is easy to slip the paddock into place. I am not, at this point, going to remove said stock parts - so how do you suggest I accomplish this first step????????
    Thank you.

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      A different stand might be your best bet at that point.

      You guys are the experts, so what do you suggest for those who haven’t abbreviated the tail?

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@usernamemykel it is tough to make suggestions while not knowing what exactly you are using and what you have available. Our padded Pitbull stands fit on this bike with or without OE fender. I guess any two platform surfaces can work technically. If I were in a pinch I would use two cider blocks with a heap of caution. If you have access to jack stands, those can work. In another triage way of thinking you could drop a stack of tires on the ground and lean the bike down against that. Make sure the axle head side is up away from the ground. Then you can do the installation in this position and put the bike up on stand with spools for the adjustment portion.

      As I stated, I have Pitbull , without the plastic pieces, and I have a 2018 Grom, with stock rear fender. That’s what I have. Put a rear fender back on the Grom and provide a solution for myself and others who comply with the law.
      It’s that simple.
      Thank you.

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@usernamemykel A few different solutions were mentioned previously. I can understand where you may be coming from but this is a non-issue. Taking the fender off is 4 bolts and can solve the issue while "complying with the law". Reverting our Grom back to stock in order to film a video on how to lift up the rear of a 200lb minibike is not something that would be worth our time right now. If the demand calls for it, sure, but right now, this is an isolated non-issue. Taking off the fender for 30 minutes or using a different stand or different tools would take much less time and effort and get the job done just as well.

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Once we get that bike in the shop we can determine if we want to make this setup for that bike. The swingarm and axle are different on the 650 so the bike would need a dedicated set.
