In the International System of units the symbol for the seconds is "s" not "Sec"! If you change the symbol of seconds to "Sec", you should also change the symbol of meters to "Met", isn't it?
Sorry but your model is wrong. You are simply rotating a part from a point, the hinge is not working. For instance, if the model rotates, modifying the edge direction, the hinge should continue working. That isn't the case.
