I was scrolling through TH-cam and I suddenly noticed that I've been scrolling and scrolling for more than half of my day and that's not productive (actually it's very bad). So, i thought let's do something productive, something that adds value to my life AND then I decided to try some new and healthy habits that might change my life for the better and guess what they did for real!!🌷
In this video, I've shown unfiltered 3 days of my life in a row trying these habits and I've talked about how they changed my life and can change yours too. you should also use your phone on eye comfort mode and try to meditate while laying down I've practised it for around 6 months and now I made a habit that I'll close my smartphone by 10 pm and will meditate while laying down and I can sleep within 5 minutes. so also try this and share your experience with it
I usually use my phone in comfort mode, i can't sleep that early but yes I'll try it according to my sleep time and share my experience. Thanks!
