Heya! Back to the "best of" playlists. It's much more enjoyable to do those instead of the "battle theme" ones to be honest. I can just make a compilation of good music overall instead of being restricted!
Anyway, hope you enjoy this. Overall I think Ys8 has a good OST, however I wish the guitar didn't sound so cheesy and same-y on most songs it's in... Overall, Ys7 still has my favorite OST, so I'll do a "best of" that one next!

Ys 8 and Tokyo Xanadu are hands down my favorite Falcom game OSTs
This is one of the greatest video games i have every played.
if it wasnt for me finding Ys 9 when it released on PS4 in Feb i never would have found this game
Crimson Fighter is definitely my favorite track out of the ost. Ironically, I, in the dumbest way possible, spent months not knowing it was a battle theme.

Ys music mostly is combination of Piano, Guita and Violin, which is really unique and make me recall the game scene all the time.
I'm at map completion rate of 85% and have already ordered this OST from Amazon in Japan. Shipping to the U.S is about $14, but is worth it.

It isn't on here but when I heard Night Survivor I had to stop and jam for a while. Actually one of the best paced games I've ever played.

Although the action themes are great, my favorite from Ys LoD is Vanishing Trail,theme of the optional crypt dungeon.

I just got the game a few months and the story was amazing. I mostly a FPS person that is super sweetie. But this game made me feel a lot of emotions. I played all ending and side storylines and it was to hard for me to accept that I finish that game and I want more. This is why I stay away from these type of games because of the emotional experience it gives me but some multiplayer games and BR don’t give me that same vibe. Why is it so hard for multiple play games to be like this.!!??!? I’ll I just want to say this game is amazing and great.
Why not try final fantasy 14 realm reborn out? It starts as a typical online multiplayer game but the second and fourth expansion will blow you away, specially the soundtrack :)
