This video came just in time. Where would you say is a good place to put a external fuel pump?
I prefer them closer to the gas tank. Try to find a good rubber mount. They are noises

How’s the harness looking
It's pretty decent for how cheap it was. I'll be finalizing the install of that soon, I'm not 100% happy with the engine mounts right now so I'm working on finding something a little betyer

I have the same cheap wiring harness, how did you wire up the fuel pump, or did you find the fuel pump power source on the harness. If so what color was the wire?
Check the lastest video on it the extra relay gets wired to the pump

you only used a 100 micron filter ? doesnt it need to be like 10 micron by the time it reaches the rails
This should be the bare minimum but you're right. I started using a 50 in this spot and a 10 should be installed closer to the rails
what fuel pump and fuel filter you use

where do you find all your truck motors. i’m having such a hard time finding a complete 5.3 with harness and ecu without a trans for around 600. is that even a reasonable price because i cant seem to find anything
Go back a few videos, i bought a driving 2000 silverado for $2000 and after selling everything off of it i could i made more than $1000 profit. the same can be done, just gotta find good donors.
How did you wire up the fuel pump? Ive taken alot of youre methods building my c20, but cant figure out the fuel pump wiring.
Check out the cooling fan video, it explains relays same method but I'm pretty sure the wiring harness included the fuel pump send wire

Do you have the truck intake with the built-in regulator right So no need to buy a Corvette style regulator right
1 lone on intake means you need a regulator. 2 lines means it's built in

Do you recommend that fuel filter?
Yea I'd definitely recommend adding a finer filter afterward too. I just cleaned mine and it was starting to get a bit clogged
