Eh there will be limitation to the book I can definitely see it. Since it's so powerful without even using your loophole dream is really powerful so they have to have a way to defeat him for the plot and that would be the limitation on the book since there is no other way. Your loophole is the best example of that so both of these problems can just be solved so that's why I think your loophole won't work.

y'know maybe there was a reason for techno deciding to finally start the syndicate... if schlatt comes back to life and tries to be a dictator, therefore, create a goverment, then the syndicate will try to stop him, and the only way to do that is to kill all of them at once. might be hard, but if they match their battles correctly, they might be able to kill them at the right times. this will be hard, since they need them at 1 canon life all at the same time.

I see some problems: 1. Old≠wise. 2. If one day equals one month then it means time in the afterlife is multiplied by 30. If it has been six months on the SMP, 6×30=180 months which is fifteen years. Not nine. 3. Wilbur doesn't want to be alive, therefore will not be thankful. 4. This was Jschlatt's book. Don't you think he knows what is written in it? 5. How will they break Dream out of prison? 6. They were already going to kill Jschlatt before he had a heart attack and he has nothing because he died. And Wilbur(like I said in 3) wouldn't be thankful. Doesn't feel like Dream is getting any help
I have a theory you could use in one of your videos : let's go back to when dream exiled Tommy. he would visit him every day. try to make Tommy against him. but in punz stream dream talks about “worrying about something happening in the future” now look right here if you see him in a “hero” point of view he would save Tommy in exile rather than destroy his like right? to prevent him from getting powerful because dream said he worrying about something in the future. did he ask sam to build an inescapable prison right? but take a look in the finale he tried to make everyone against him right? he said “it was meant to be for someone else, but now it will be for you” I have a theory that that “someone else” is dream because keep in mind him worrying. he purposely locked himself in prison? and you know how bad said, “the egg will be a big part in the SMP” so that means he never tried to hurt tubbo, he never meant to kill Tommy. he revived him because he didn't mean to kill him. if he put Tommy into prison? the bloodvibes. he WOULNT be hurt at all! now that you see it's all coming well together you would know that dream knew about the egg, you know that “favor” from technoblade? what if his favor to free the egg and to save everyone from the SMP. dream exiled Tommy and told him to be as far away from the SMP. why? he wanted to save Tommy! he wanted to help everyone. he wanted to get himself into prison! he's escaping. he's hiding thank you for reading my theory :)

Like, is that something someone can do? We know that somebody can talk when they're in the Void, and we don't know what he has to do to revive someone (it might have something to do with Foolish but I'll leave that out for now) so why not? What prevents him from reviving himself? A "general rule of thumb"? He manipulates minors and collected people's most valuable items because he's a control freak! I don't think any rule is gonna stop him. (If he said this idea too I'm gonna commit suicide)
You can't JUST kill dream, you also have to force him to find the book and burn the book and then kill him. Because if they let someone potentially have the knowledge of reviving people and it falls into the wrong hands, it's over. Also, I have no idea how this ritual works, I'm assuming it requires very little since Dream revived Tommy in the Prison so it looks like it needs little to no items, but surely, you have to have a corpse in order to revive right? Because if you can revive anyone from anywhere, that is adding a new layer of OPness to something that is already too Op.
Theory time. Instead of Dream reviving wilbur or jschlatt dream will get techno to visit him in prison and dream will tell him the knowledge of the book. Then he will ask techno to kill him and when dreams funeral happens. Techno will revive dream and like the manburg festival will blow everyone up in order to escape. This will make dream now owe techno a favor since techno has done 2 favors for dream.
What if It doesn’t stop there? What if Tommy revives his friendship with technoblade and tubbo, tommy and technoblade face off against Wilbur, schlatt and dream. Think about it.
