Yusimi Moya Rodriguez demonstrating some basics of the Cuban Contemporary Dance Technique, as taught on the Arts University in La Habana, Cuba. The video is divided into three parts: Center Work, Floor Work and Total Space Exercises. It features live-percussion with the "Grupo Enitilukikan".
