    Had he stayed with JCP, there is no doubt in my mind that Greg would have become a Horseman.

    The closest thing to the Andersen’s today would be FTR IMHO . Long Live The Hammer ! Long Live the Nature Boy !!

      Dude , The Hammer has looked the same since 1978.

    • @mvjr7758

      Honestly it's true. FTR is a legit throw back style team. They like wrestling together and have perfect chemistry

    • @jasonfrost6448
      @jasonfrost6448 ปีที่แล้ว

      As far as wrestling style I'd say the Viking Raiders would be closer to the Andersons. FTR wrestle more like the original Midnight Express who I think is who they purposely pattern themselves after.

    Back in NWA in 1960,s and 1970,s there to famous tag team are the original Texas Outlaw are Dusty Rhodes and Dick Murdoch. They win NWA World tag team belt. There another tag team in 1970 called Dream Team Greg Valentine and Ric Flair. On the year 1977 inside steel cage. Ole and Arn Anderson defend NWA World tag team belts against Greg Valentine and Ric Flair. But they defeated Ole and Gene Anderson for NWA World tag team Belts.

    Does anybody have the old tapings of Ric Flair and Greg Valentine when they were NWA tag team champions. The world title matches against the Anderson they had several if anybody’s willing to post I’d be grateful

      There is a lot out there on TH-cam. Tag matches with Wahoo and Paul Jones were another common occurrence during that time , with wahoo and Jones being more the baby faces. Looking back on it, the matches with the Andersons had heels on both sides, kind of an oddity.

      Teddy Long is still mad about how he was treated back when he was the fan simp who carried Tommy Rich's bags and drove Tommy Rich around in Georgia. He was a real-life behind the scenes Virgil in Georgia wrestling.
