Alright so I found a greatsword in checkpoint town, cost 17000 gold though from the swordsmith but will allow you to complete the quest and unlock the warrior vocation. Take the oxcart there from Vernworth roughly west from the town centre to get there. Hope this helps
Can someone please help me? I got the 2 handed sword but it was on a pawn i dismissed before turniing in the quest. How do I get that pawn back or how can I complete this quest?
But what I appreciate about DD1 and 2 is that I don't necessarily have to min/max as long as I am a skilled player. (Like souls games) But there is no denying that there is a gulf between them
@@BjornUlfden you can head to checkpoint rest town through the oxcart in vernworth, there is a smithy in that town that sells different versions of the two weapons needed for the quest, you can buy the lifetaker for 17k and the staff for 13.9k. so the only way I've found to un-softlock us is to spend a SHIT ton of gold since you have to turn in the weapons. after turning in both and completing the quest the weapon smith in vernworth will start selling them.
Thank you for making this short, sweet and useful guide that's to the point and doesn't have a ton of bullshit.
We want you back and playing the game ASAP. Time is precious :D
“That’s how you do it, goblins”
Goblins being shamed was my favorite part of this video
Goblins are visual learners, after all.
I explored early and got those chests before I even obtained the vocation quest. Sold them 😢. Going to see if it respawned since it’s been a while bow
I did the same thing and they didn’t respawn for me
I sold the greatsword too lol no idea how to get another one
Did y'all figure anything out, I sold mine too 😂

Was wondering the same 😅
Yep same 🤣
I found out chest respawn after 3-10 days so hopefully we just have to wait and go grab it again
Find another great sword
yap same 😂
iv already looted this 2 hadned sword and sold it what do i do lol
I laughed your whole video after you mentioned the assless chaps. Great video as well 👍
I like how this game punishes minmaxers, by making them wear ridiculous looking gear.
I give it to my femenine beastren :]

Is this quest timed?
can we still hold small enemies? not just drop/pick up
Yup. You can pin them to the floor. Can carry for short distances
Can I just take it from a pawn ?
Hey man. Can you get this vocation as a thief?
Vocations are not tied to other vocations. Unlocking it is just a quest or objective. Any Vocation can do it.
um...unfortunately, I accdentally gave my sword away
So did I since who would think there'd only be ONE greatsword for a turn in quest
Anyway to find another one???
