Will this work for one-on-one classes? I'm teaching an 8 year old right now and she almost always ends up getting bored.
Hi Karly, this activity might be a little easy for an 8-year-old (depending on her level). I would make the pace much faster, especially if working one-on-one and perhaps add in more subjects such as clothing and linking it to the weather. Role play can be a good way to practice language in one-on-one lessons too, for example if she likes princesses, you could both be princesses that want to go out but need to check the weather.
I hope that helps! 😊
