just did the fuel filter and sock in a 2015 Dyna. the flimsy plastic corrugated fuel line from pump to filter crumbled, thankfully Fuel pump factory had the plastic fuel line. but then the quick disconnect fitting leaked after I made the mistake of touching it. Fortunately Ebay seller offers the original Delphi o-rings in a kit for $15. that disconnect has 3 total orings, 1 in the lower black connector and 2 in the top chrome piece attached to the tank.
No, not at all. Just need to pull the “Top” main assembly that the tube is attached to, which is also the assembly where the fuel filter resides. But the float and fuel pump assembly is not touched at all.

Did you have to remove the fuel pump and float when installing a new check valve?

Great news and video! I'm changing my check valve tomorrow because my stock one I think is leaking inside the tank. Thanks
It’s not bad at all… just need to turn & twist the assembly when pulling it out.
Glad I can help! 🍻
