    When I installed my oil pressure gauge I was not happy with the feed line supplied. I ordered a SS brake line to go between the banjo and the gauge. My mk1 has it mounted on the triple tree as you mentioned.

      Me too - I had a stainless hose made up with the ends professionally crimped.

    I am surprised at the amount of oil pressure there is. Seems like a lot?

      No, that's perfect. At start up on my other bike the gauge will max out at over 100psi for a couple of minutes before slowly falling back as the oil warms up. When hot the gauge reads about 45psi at 3,000 revs. I will of course run this one until hot too and we'll see the pressure then. 👍
