Aloha from Hawaii! Bike is looking almost track worthy! I have a slightly modified 1989 FZR400R. Been riding it since 1990. Sat for 20+ years, just now working on getting it back on the road. Thanks for sharing your bike! Keep up the great work! 🤙🏽

Nice build mate, I'm doing something similar, hopefully will be going when the weather gets a bit warmer. What you was saying about the front wheel. Yamaha were good and only the 3 first digits change on part numbers but the rest from model to model for the same part can be the same and it's the same bits .
Appreciate that mate, thank you 😁 I couldn't find any details whether the cat/race front wheels were the same, but after checking the part numbers they're almost identical. So I just took a chance on one and it was sound 👍🏼
The video was set made for kids so it turns off comments. Sorted now mate 😁 Ran out of time to paint it, was only ready to go on the Saturday night before the race. Next race is 10th or 11th July so will have some paint on it by then 😉
