- In this video I fished the Farmington River (tailwater in Connecticut) for the first time. I had a great day and caught a bunch of fish nymphing and with small streamers. Thanks for showing me around Connecticut, Tommy! Thanks for watching! If you enjoyed this video, give it a thumbs up and consider subscribing for more fly fishing and fly tying content.

that first rainbow was so very beautiful ... great advice & an even better personality on the water ... Nice observations ...
Super action 👍
Great advice about tying on your flies after you get to your spot, Justin. I also agree about the stocking….Not sure why they do it. Nice job picking the Farm apart!
Thanks! I was a little scatterbrained when I was talking about tying flies on once I get to the spot. It was a great day!
Nice video! Tightlines
Great looking stream.and beautiful fish.thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching! It is a beautiful area!
really enjoy your videos
I appreciate you watching!
Great video. Were you in the no kill area with all those native trout?
Love this!!!
Thanks! Hope you had a great trip!
When fishing do you always keep the sighter above the water?
I’m getting into euro nymphing to do stuff like this
Hey Justin! Looks like you had a good day, some nice fish. What was your leader configuration? Thanks for the video!
It was an awesome day! I still use the leader I made a video on most recently. I didn’t have a black sharpie on the trip so I just had straight white sighter. The leader is 13 feet of cortland camo in 8 lb. Then 18 inches of white sighter in 7.2 lb. Then tippet.
