Driver side fender louver was for the cooling fan for the carburetor on original engine. The louvers on the rear cab pillars cover the vents that equalize pressure when the doors are opened and closed. All functional.
Is the center console from Tuffy? I see their lock boxes, but not the padded top and cup holders. Did you add the padded top and do you have a part number for the console? Very nice truck!
