TT always does great work. You were lucky to get him. Funny, he told me he was too busy to help me with a similar project due to health issues and yet I see him working is ass off everyday on insta. Im currently doing a 1HD-ft swap in place of the 3b in my 86BJ. Hope to get coil overs at some day:)
It is crazy howJason and Tony are constantly customizing fantastic rigs. Jason has spent a great deal of time helping me with minor issues and always comes through to make sure his clients are taking care of. I’m in the process of trying to stop the advance adapter from leaking , total PITA. Tnx for watching !
Nice walk around. I did a similar swap. ls 6.0l swap from a 2010 Silverado i also used a 6l80e with tap shift in mine with the advanced t-case adapter i had no issues with mine. It looks like you ran into a dud casting or something i wonder if advanced would sell just that singular part.
Thanks 😊! Yeah , it is crazy! We are still working on the 4L65E and should hopefully have it wrapped up in a couple of weeks. If it has to come to it then I will swap with a 6l80e. There are a couple of cruisers I know that have the same adapter and theirs is leaking as well so it could be a dud casting again , 2 duds in a row.
@@dugbohamradio im curious to know where it is actually leaking from. Based on your footage, it looks like the mating surface from the adapter to the hexagon piece. I think there is an o ring that goes between that mating surface, id check if the o ring register is correct and if the o-ring is sized correctly.
@@jasonbaltazar8774 the leak was at the rear of the advance adapter and front case of the TC. I have a follow up video telling the same story . The leak has been stopped with a new adapter and replacing the front half of the TC. We took apart 3x and the with replacing the front half of TC cover that fixed the leak. Have had no issues for a few months now. Thanks for asking .
Not anymore ,it was all replaced with new lines. You could drop Jason at Trail Tailor a message to see if he any available from all the L3 swaps . I’m positive he would reply back to you.
Awesome rig
If you bring it to Moab we gotta meet up. I followed this build on Ih8mud. Your taste is astounding! Jason is pure gold.

Are those 80series axles or modified 60axles? The reason I ask is I’m doing an 80 axle swap and like your wheel fitment.
These are 1995-97 80 series axles .
Nice rig brotha, by any chance do you have the stock fuel line from filter to the block. That’s the thing in need to make my 62 series run
