For the Indonesian Nasi goreng paste never do they use little shrimps, but they use shrimp past(Terasi) and fresh bird’s eye chilli, long fresh chillies, candle nuts, galangal, lemon grass, turmeric, shallots(small red onions) ginger, garlic and kecap manis (sweet soy sauce). This is the authentic recipe for the above.

If we use kunisso crushed or powdered, is it possible to have the same type of paste,?
