This reminds of when my older brother bought his first brand new vehicle and it was a stripped down 1993 Wrangler. 4 cylinder, no a/c, no radio but with a hard top. However, after he picked up his wrangler from the shop where he got a new radio installed we took a ride just after sunset during a warm summer night with the windows open and the song "Man On The Moon" by REM came on the radio and it was such was such a blissful moment in time that I will never forget. Unfortunately Chicago winter weathers ate the frame and body away really bad that we had to junk it a few weeks ago. Our family misses that Wrangler already now! This Wrangler you got here is still very sharp looking! Congrats for restoring and keeping it in such good shape and its a 6 cylinder, I'm so jealous haha!
Looks great. I graduated from high school in 95. I remember back in the day you could get one of these new for around $14 or 15k. They were totally utilitarian, very different from today's Jeeps
Great looking Jeep.I bought a "red Wrangler" new in 1995. It was supposed to be a vehicle to get back and forth to work in bad weather. 4 cylinder, 5 speed, no options other than rear seat and maybe power steering. Sold it after 13 years. It was a fun little Jeep I wish I'd have kept it.
@@rogeliohernandez5533 It was on the Jeep when he bought it. Unfortunately, I don't believe that he can find out where it is from, because before him, the Jeep changed several owners in a short period of time. But I'll ask him, you never know. 😉

I like these older ones much more. It has no unnecessary electronics and will probably outlive the new cars.
this takes me back to when mine was new, looks great, thanks for taking me along for the ride
I'm glad...
Thanks for the kind comment.

Rear seat and power steering is all you need in Jeep like this anyway. It's made for fun! 🙂
Beautiful! I have a 95, I absolutely love it!!!!
It’s actually my friend’s Jeep but I agree, it's beautiful! I like the first generation Wranglers a lot!
Nice. I like the square headlights and front leaf springs. No track bar to wear out and cause death wobble
I like square headlights too. It would be cool if the next generation Wrangler had square headlights.
I agree
Its GREAT,truly.especially with those europe lights.
It is my beloved car number one.
I'm glad you like it.

CONGRATS MATE!! love the red paint job ! Everyone should own one of these -however, lifting elliptical springs without creating a buck-board is an art

Ah the unicorn. 4.0 and 5 speed. I hope I can get my hands on a 92 and turn it into JEEP 10 from Jurassic Park.
I wish you luck with your purchase. The Jurassic Park color scheme is cool.

What is the tire size in this video?
This is my friend's Jeep. As much as I know, it is factory size for that year. If you want, I can ask him?
