    I still love this one! I’ve been following you and doing your workouts for a year now, down 50lbs, 3 sizes and gained a whole lot of muscle!
    I had carple and cubatle tunnel surgery on both wrists and elbows and sometimes they flare up so I love having this option where I can get in a sweat sesh without aggravating my arms on those
    days! Thank you!! Would love to see some

      I did it without and I am sweating + I feel a light burn (for me it is good, but if you are a higher level than you should do another one I think)

    Idk why but it doesn't hurt my butt and hurts the side of my thighs where the band is placed. The band I have is a tie band, meaning I have to tie it. Is it why? I'm also not very experienced w butt workouts and resistance bands..

    I would love to see a full body workout but like for days when you really don't feel like working out...if that makes sense

    Day 5 of the January challenge anyone? Opening this as I'm going to sleep so I can do this first thing when I wake up to start the day right 🥰 Been loving morning workouts recently, they really do make me feel like a new and more energized person :) This also means I get to have a bigger breakfast as I've moved my workout to the morning #BigBreakfastGang

    TIP: this workout can totally be done without a resistance band but it’s going to be on the easier end.
    Also...if you’re not using one, I suggest replacing the last exercise with one that you know will works your legs/booty more.

    I love how calm you are throughout workouts, no yelling and repetitive banter. You have really help me work out a back issue I have from years of over training. A low back/hip specific deep stretch would be incredible. You are the only workout on youtube I will do. Keep it up, you're lovely

      I like doing standing abs workouts!! You're working out butttt you are not putting "pressure" in your stomach

    Just finished Day 5 of the January workout, I’m still sore from yesterday’s workout but I powered through it. Anyone’s resistance band kept rolling while doing the workout cause it was annoying me and I had to take it off most of the time 😂😂
