I did it without and I am sweating + I feel a light burn (for me it is good, but if you are a higher level than you should do another one I think)

Hey Maddie, what is the name of the resistance band you use in some of your booty/leg workouts? I don’t see it in any of the descriptions. I only have thin rubberband-type ones. They tend to roll with many of the exercises in your videos. Thanks!

What band do you use? The one I have doesn’t have enough resistance for me to get a good burn!
Idk why but it doesn't hurt my butt and hurts the side of my thighs where the band is placed. The band I have is a tie band, meaning I have to tie it. Is it why? I'm also not very experienced w butt workouts and resistance bands..

The low impact videos are good for that
The beginner's workouts are great for that too! That's what i usually do when I'm not feeling like working out and it helps

I'm a teacher so I save my workouts till the end of the day. It's so hard to get going, but I also feel so good after I do them! I need to follow your lead and do these in the morning. Keep it going!

TIP: this workout can totally be done without a resistance band but it’s going to be on the easier end.
Also...if you’re not using one, I suggest replacing the last exercise with one that you know will works your legs/booty more.

I love how calm you are throughout workouts, no yelling and repetitive banter. You have really help me work out a back issue I have from years of over training. A low back/hip specific deep stretch would be incredible. You are the only workout on youtube I will do. Keep it up, you're lovely

I like doing standing abs workouts!! You're working out butttt you are not putting "pressure" in your stomach
Dance workouts.. So I don't have to lay down or do sam extra hard moves.
Just finished Day 5 of the January workout, I’m still sore from yesterday’s workout but I powered through it. Anyone’s resistance band kept rolling while doing the workout cause it was annoying me and I had to take it off most of the time 😂😂
