I always love your videos. I’m gonna start taking this tomorrow because I’ve been taking Tranjta 5 mg and I really feel that my colon is just slow and sluggish. Do you think this medicine since it is different will not affect my colon any opinions on that?
My mom has lost over 50lbs after taking this for about a year. Any thoughts on this? It’s worrying us, so we’re going to discuss with her Dr. but just wondered if you heard of this?
Interestingly, neither the manufacturer nor reputable references like Micromedex lists weight loss as a side effect. I have heard a few people state they lost weight on Januvia, but the total weight lost tends to be modest. I do think however that 50lbs is quite a bit especially if it happened rapidly. Good idea you guys are planning on discussing with the Dr. - just in case. All the best.
I'm very thin and lost weight on Jardience, so my dr started me on Januvia because it doesn't cause weight loss so maybe there's another cause to the weight issue.
