I have been wearing Pearl blonde for close to two years. I have been licensed since 1984! I really enjoyed your video, you brought up some points I had never considered, such as Auntie visit can make scalp temp higher. Her finished look was beautiful! We mix it up with my hair, the bleach application is Schwarzkopf Igora Vario Blond Plus and Matrix Pearl equal parts socolor line for toner.

You did such an exceptional job on your clients hair! have been bleaching my own hair for 30 years. I like direct dye fashion colors so it is a must to get the hair as light as possible so you can get the truest representation of color without the hues from other colors in your hair. I love the whole Schwarzkopf line. It was a game changer when I started using it due to the built in toners and bond enforcers. The fact that you are able to lift your regrowth to a bright white in one go is mindboggeling to me still.
I was getting ready to do something different and your video was in my recommended. I appreciate it so much. The timing could not be more perfect for what I learned today about mixing up fresh bleach every 10-15 minutes. I usually only do regrowth because I am doing a touchup but I am about to bleach the whole back of my hair after growing out my natural color for 2 years. I had never had to worry about fresh bleach before because I can usually do the roots of my shoulder length hair in 15-20 minutes. This will absolutely help me navigate doing a lot more hair then I am used to. Thank you so much for the tips!

I've also found that i prefer to do bottom to top for bleach roots as well. I have been holding her long hair up and out of my way tho which kills my shoulder and didn't even think to clip a quadrant into 3 sections. Thanks for saving my shoulder! 😂

Hot DAMN, girl! 😮 Why you gotta go & make the rest of us look bad 😂 No, seriously - this should be a video used in all cosmetology courses! So beautifully done, so in depth with every detail first instructed THEN an explanation WHY so you’re not just looking like “I know what I’m doing, I’m not explaining WHY, just do it”… If something is explained like this, it’s more likely to stick in your head because you understand the reasoning behind it! 🙌🏽 Thank you for the tips on Aunty Flow’s visit, the 10 mins mix ups, why Wella over BlondeMe (or mixing them why I’m game to try), levelling up only half a level & sitting the one foil on top of the head when finished 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 OH and the movement of hair can be a reason for tiny black holes - will never forget this now! Just overall speaking, THANK YOU 🙏🏽 You’ve managed to make me a little less ahh “scared shitless” to do root touch ups 😜 Sending love from Australia 🇦🇺
    Bonnie ❤

I’m obsessed with your work and channel - but this client in the after looked a bit balding at the scalp?
Do you think this is just because of the light shade at the root or did she lose some hairs in the processing?

    • @BobbyHairStudio

Good question! That's her cowlick at the back opening and because her hair is so light now the scalp is just more prominent looking when the hair spreads open! A darker colour shadows the scalp va this white blonde just lets the light allllll the way in!

Amazing video! Thanks for that! My main problem is, i like to bleach my roots every 2-3 weeks and i dont know if i should put the toner just to the roots or to my entire hair because i already have the toner in my lenghts but it looks slightly dirty muddy compared to my freshly bleached and toned roots or do i have to remove the toner ?😔 i'm confused..
1.Constantly removing toner will damage the hair
    2. I dont like having huge roots and also if i wait for 6 weeks i get an orange/yellow band because the regrowth is too big
    3. If i dont tone the lenghts but just the root then the roots look amazing cool toned platinum blonde but the lenghts looks dirty muddy
    4. If i tone my already toned lenghts then wont my lenght look darker than my roots?
    I'm so confused😔😔🤷🏼‍♀️

I think her scalp looks pink and there are still two orange bands and grey/silver streaks. Women spend a fortune to get and maintain these colors and give themselves CA in the process. What strange things people have done to themselves over the years in the name of "beauty". What's next? You are an excellent colourist and very very talented, whoever sits in your chair is very lucky.

I usually use the equivalent of a full tube of toner (between the two, if it's not all just Ice ) so 2g is just a verrry small amount as strawberry is very concentrated
