So, have you done this several seasons with a team? Got fired a second time? Basically, you lose whatever coach skills you had when you’re fired or do you use them at all? What sliders did you use for it? So you left coach contracts on?

When you're knocking down all their prestige's and such in the beginning, do those factors increase as you get better? Like you knocked them down in faculties, but would that rating start to creep back up as you get better and recover from the Death Penalty?
