It is a mini metro on tires, operated from 1989 to 2016 by Transports Urbains de Laon (TUL).
The video departs from the Hôtel de Ville and descends to the SNCF station, via the Vaux station. Three POMA run simultaneously on the line, and a fourth one serves as a reserve.
A passage approximately every 5 minutes, parking time 15 seconds.
