I've had my S20 FE for just over 6 months, and I definitely haven't been disappointed. I don't feel like I need an upgrade at all right now, and the lack of a micro SD card slot would really make the S21 FE feel more like a downgrade.
Yeah micro SD card is a big plus on my S20FE I still use it. Though the design and the display are better on the S21FE, it's hard to give away the S20FE for such minor things. Plus here Samsung gave us the Exynos variant of the S21FE for around 670 USD and the S20FE with Snapdragon 865 is still on sale here for 500 USD. So to us, S21FE doesn't make any sense at all considering the S20FE and the price drop on the flagship S21 aswell🙂
Yeah I agree.Had mine for about 7 months now very happy with it,think it's one of them phones samsung make right every few years and you don't really need to upgrade like the S7,had that phone for like 6 years never failed only changed last year to S20 FE because totally smashed the screen and needed a phone next day.
@@Dongzzzzzz Yeah and there's something going on with the processing too the S21FE having the same 32 MP hardware takes better selfies than the S20FE. Wth!?
I had iPhones for years but switched to the s20FE about a year ago and it has not disappointed. This is by far the best phone I've ever had. I love this phone from the fast charging to great battery life and awesome camera, etc. Such a great phone even in 2022 and definitely gives the more premium Samsung flagship phones a run for their money.
@@Androidu I don't know what you're talking about. I average 4-6 hours of screen on time every day on my phone and still usually have around 25% battery left at the end of the day when I go to bed.
@@samnotorious240 Cheers! How is your experience so far? For me it's awesome af. Ordered one Spigen case too! Tried Dex feature yesterday, it's pretty amazing.
@@saatwik_saatwik it's really smooth the 120 Hz is just amazing, 6-7 hours sot and still learning my usage pattern but it's good 👍. I received the A12 update but haven't updated yet
Great to see this. I was about to buy a S22 of some kind. But then found the S21FE. It really amazed me, convenient size/weight. Plastic back. The S22 are heavier and has this sensitive glass back. So I bought a S21FE with 256Gb to not miss the SD card too much :)
I don't mind plastic backs. I had a look at this model and it felt really nice . Plastic can be as high quality as glass . People are just told glass oozes quality and they believe this !
Upgraded from an S10e to an S20 FE 5G last month. I do not regret the decision to go with the S20 FE over the S21 FE, especially since I bought my S20 FE 5G on ebay (open box) for just over $400.
S20 FE 5G Red color user here, was waiting for the S21 FE Dark Olive Green (military green) but alas the colors are so boring when compared to the S20 FE colors. Also removing the memory card is a big nono as having an external storage is a big part of my work flow. So gonna stay with my phone.
I originally had the S20 and now the Flip 3. The novelty has worn off, and I miss having a telephoto lens, microSD card slot, and bigger battery, so I'm getting the S20 FE now!
I have an a12 as well and was in the same boat as you. I ended up upgrading to the s22 ultra because of the $800 dollar trade in deal but I wish I would've done more research and got one of these because don't get me wrong the s22 ultra is amazing but the battery life doesn't impress me I guess I got to use to the a12's amazing battery life but I think these phones would have much better battery life but yeah if you're looking to upgrade I would deff consider these phones or the a52 5g version. I wish I knew about the a52 5g. Has everything I need. Expandable storage, headphone jack, water/dust resistant, beautiful amoled screen, etc. Deff do your research cuz the cheaper phones can be just as good or even better overall than the "flagships"
@@tsuyuasui7297 it is both light and fast a dangerous combination. Not too many phones are this not the ultra nor the plus and it is a galaxy. It weighs only 10 grams more than the smaller s22.
Having a s20fe 4g snapdragon swapping to s21fe exynos for my region is almost pointless and the missing micro Sd card slot for me is a major no no, even more with the s22 gen that's imminent. Thanks for showing us the side by side comparison
It's been about 2 months since i got my s20 fe 4G snapdragon variant which was secretly released in 2021 and I'm happy to have a decent flagship-specs smartphone coming from a A7 2017 that lasted me 4 years but got slower over time(still works)... I don't think it's necessary to upgrade to the s21 fe but the 888 processor still seem interesting
Does Samsung Pay work on your SM-G780g a.k.a 4G Snapdragon? I had the phone for half a month and Samsung Pay kept saying "Samsung Pay not supported on your phone". Which was strange since it was working fine on my Note 9..
I feel as if the S21 FE would only be worth the upgrade if you're coming from something on the lower end to begin with, each year the improvement are only incremental over the last year so you only stand to benefit if the performance boost will be pretty noticable
S20 fe 5G is a better choice for me , The SD card support is such an important . The s20 fe 5G is still a great phone even in 2022, and it has a better price . 🔥💯
Have had my s20 fe since october 2020 after my iphone8 stopped charging reliably and losing power stupid fast. It is by far the best phone I've ever owned and easily my favorite. Love the expandable storage and is a great on the go gaming device playing any game on the play store with no issue and is great for emulators thanks to the 865. Definitely going to wait to see how the s22 fe fairs, but as it stands I don't see a need to upgrade to an s21 fe.
@@susanwat It's great.. reliable cameras as well as battery, lasts me a full working day and of course the UI feels very smooth since my A71 had UI lags here and there. Well, mine is Exynos variant.
I went for the S20 FE in the end! The inability to increase storage was my deciding factor! The speed the A20 as opposed to the A71 is incomparable! The A71 was a nightmare to open, took up to 10 taps at times and the camera never opened quickly, often causing me to miss a moment! Anyway thanks for your advice, it definitely focused me more👍
The S21 FE is probably the best weighted phone, which is important to me. Heavy phones are just horrible in every way. It's a solid phone that will last many years and operating systems, well worth it if you are looking for long-term investment. Also, the S22 FE will not be released anytime soon with chip shortages.
the value of the S21 FE is in the Android OS major updates, Android 12 with One UI 4.0 out of the box till Android 15. S20 FE will only reach up to Android 13, that's it. *update* S21 FE will get Android 16 because of Samsung new Android updates policy. And a year more of security patches. S20 FE still would get Android 13 and that's all, it came with Android 10 out of the box and S20 series and below will stick with only three major Android updates.
Do you have an S20 FE? Are you upgrading to the S21 FE...or something else? 🧐 --------------------- Samsung S21 FE: geni.us/S21FE-deals Samsung S20 FE: geni.us/S20FE-deals
Good review. Validates my decision for the S20FE even more. Still dig my S7 Edge after 6 years, works perfectly. I'd keep that forever if it had 5G capability...
Needing to upgrade my s7 edge, takes forever to charge & will go from 100% to 0 in around 4 hrs once off the charger. She's been a great ph up until the last 2 months but i guess at around 6 yrs old maybe she's telling me something. Leaning towards the S20fe after the review & comments.
Iv had my S7 edge since 2018 second hand new, best phone iv known and was heavily used throughout its time and stood up superbly. I keep getting recommended the s20fe and im still considering it, after seeing this video and other comments it sounds like the way to go
I've had the budget phone a20 since I needed to replace quickly in spring 2020. I am ready for the move. My daughter got the s20fe in spring 2021. No gaming, just casual usage. My carrier discontinued the s20fe, then added the s21fe for the same price. That is my goal for purchase in the next few weeks. Thank you for the information.
Bought s20 fe just 2 month go and I'm loving it good battery life no lag or hiccups fast and a micro SD card slot is a big beneficial so i won't upgrade to s21 fe rather i would keep my s20 fe for 1 year and then i would buy s21 plus at that point in time its price will go down
As usual price will drop to 550-600 bucks Go for it 😅 What s21fe surprises me is its cameras, I have seen many comparisons with 13 and most the shots were soo close it was hard to call which is better, ( sky rendition is always better on iphones ) exept that s21fe has a solid cam.
A good tech video But you did not say about main problem of 888 snap: it is better than 865, but the cost is that it throttles like hell, heats (and because of that it has lesser battery life), while 865 is way more stable. Overall, i think S20fe is better, the only downside is that it's older and will have less updates
Well the thing here is that 888 is kinda stable than the rest on the S21 FE it's maybe because of the One UI I don't know man but I have used it for while now and I also have the Rog phone 3, now the 865+ is more stable and heats less than the 888 but on very high end games 865 lags here and there, 888 well doesn't but like I said it heats more quickly but it's way less than Mi 11 ultra my sister has. 888 in S21 FE maybe the most stable one I've seen yet.
Ive had the s20 fe for just over a yr. It's as fast as the day i bought it & does a brilliant job of everything I need it for. The only downside of this phone is the screen. I have always had a screen protector installed, but have managed to crack the screen twice. Once was admittedly my own fault, when i was carrying it in the same pocket as tools, but the other was when it fell just 1m onto the pavement & splintered from top to bottom. That said, i have a 500gb sd in it.... where is that feature on the s21 fe?? A main reason for buying a phone nowadays is the storage. I think I'll probs stick with what i have for another yr or so
the optical fingerprint reader make big difference if you break the screen. full aluminium frame with screen and glass cost around $120 comparted to $240 ulrasonic fingerprint reader built in models. s20 and s21 FE very easy to fix and worth it ,no need to get new phone if screen broken.
I have the S20 FE, and there is no way I need to upgrade. It is still a really nice device. If i still had my old S8+ I would probably still get the S20 FE, as it has 5G and still decent specs at a very affordable price.
I've had the s20fe 5g for a year now and it still rocks my socks 😎🦶 I've been leaning towards upgrading to the s21 fe but the sd card removal is a big bummer for me...ide have to get the 256gb version which bumps up the lute a little. I'm not sure what to do haha
Wisest choice is always to stick with what you got, specially since it's already such a good phoen, no need to waste more money, like for what bro cuz its new tech? Big deal, much more important things in life, and you already got a pretty important phone so might as well be appreciative and move on, I got the s20fe5g too, its the first phone I've ever bought for myself for 564$ on Amazon for renewed unlocked version, probably could've gotten it cheaper but at the time I couldn't, still worth it, before I had a iPhone 6 lmao, I've tried other iPhone such as iPhone 13 and others as well when I had the chance, out of all phones and phone companies, Samsung Galaxy s20fe5g os probably the best smartphone in the world right now, at least for my opion, overall everything is matched up, you have everything you need in all areas with the phone, overall best phone for bets overall value
@@alexsha.sagophi well said my friend, well said. As of now im gonna stick with the s20 fe but if I ever do upgrade I'm gonna get the s22 ultra. For now though, I'm gonna stay with what I got. The phone kicks ass for sure.
@Frag Head If I was you I'd wait for the s23 or s24, knowing samsung they will release something even better than the s22 cuz its just a mix of the note and the regular series but if thats what you exactly want go ahead but who knows what they'll do in the future ya know, wise choice to keep it now tho good job my friend, hope you have a wonderful day
Well looks like I'll be going for an S20fe after reading many of these reviews, currently I'm rocking an old s7 edge which struggles to charge & will go from 100% to 0 in around 4 hrs once off the charger which means I practically need to leave it plugged in. I like the fact the S20fe has that extra storage space which makes it more appealing than the S21fe & all these reviews have helped me make my decision. Thanks guys, now I call my insurance company & tell which ph I want. 😉👍😎
All top reviewers will say the S21Fe is late to the game with obvious reasons... but honestly the S21Fe will be a very popular selling phone. Especially for the 60% to 70% that use the mid rangers like the A Series such as the very popular A50s, A51s and the A52s... this S21Fe is just the best upgrade for them having had the S20Fe be such a value for the buck smart phone... i think.
First I had the S10, I loved it until it fell and broke :( I bought the S20FE and it was better but in the screen (dynamic vs super amoled), now 5 months later I got the S21Fe for a great deal, it came with a watch4 42mm and a buds2, so I bought it and sold the S20Fe for half the price I paid for the S21FE. But I consider the S20Fe a great phone that can last some more years.
I think they should have an option for 90hz and 120hz option available. I used the a32 and the 90hz refresh rate was smooth as well. So giving you both option would give you more flexibility battery wise. Also removing the SD card is bad idea. Most app use the internal storage granted but the SD card wad good for music, videos and pics. To spend that kind of money for the a 6gb /128gb version which is available for my region makes no sense. So I guess the 8gb / 256gb version is the way to go. 6 gb is nothing now a flag ship phone should now come with at least 120hz screen 8gb / 256 gb and a 5000 mah battery.
I still find it hilarious that the affordable options for Samsung have a higher Hz than the flagship Iphones cough cough the 13 unless its the stupid pro or the pro max and you're paying like $1500. And you pay like $500 for an A series phone and the newer ones have 120hz or 90hz. Its why I stand that Samsung is just way better for the money
No S21 fe for me I’m ordering the S20fe from my SKY currier here in the UK as the 5g comes with 8gb RAM & I much prefer the nice 6.5” super amoled HD+ screen & is gone down to only £16 monthly bargain & I will get a fast charger in the box, unlike the new s21fe with no charger at all & no sd card slot, I really hate how Samsung is coping apple in many ways just to make maximum profit, anyway I’m ordering the nice dark blue S20 fe great colours, ok cheers & peace ✌️
I am replying on that phone this minute, and battery really is that good. Everything else is that good too, and compared to the S8 plus it is much faster, and loads things faster, and just generally works a lot better.
I bought an s20 fe 5g kind of on accident, after my note20 got stolen. In some ways my s20 outperforms my note, otherwise the differences if any are unnoticeable. The glass back, and stylus are really negligible
Conclusion: you just have the best videos on youtube under this category period. Excellent comparison video! S20 fe is the winner here for all the major reason highlighted in the video, i.e SD card memory, lower price and only a slight difference on the processor, larger screen. S21 FE came late, and that's a big lost.
I'm actually wondering the comparison between the Exynos 2100 S21 FE vs SD865 S20 FE, since in many areas the S21 FE is only available in the Exynos version while the S20FE SD version is easier to get in most areas
I'm getting a S21fe tomorrow, delivered from tesco. My A series phone is lagging badly.Im really looking forward to the S series and switching to tesco. My mum is treating me which is great 👍
I had the S20FE5G and honestly kind of miss it. I loved everything about it except the 120 htz eating up my battery to the point where I just kept it at 60 htz.
I've had my Galaxy S20 FE 5G for almost a year now or 2, Idk and it's a pretty cool phone. I've had a few minor issues while still on ONE UI 4.1, but nothing too crazy. As far as upgrading it, that won't happen unless, 1. the battery stops working or 2. I just feel for something different.
Thanks for the video, I'm still using the S10+ and considering to upgrade it. I did consider to purchase the S21 FE, but with the lack of SD card, I do feel like maybe the S20 FE is the better choice. But as you mentioned, the S22 series is coming soon, so I guess I better wait and see what they offer instead.
I'm in the same boat. Currently on my s10+ I love it and wouldn't change it BUT the amount of money that I've spent in repairs have doubled the cost of the device. So naturally I want to replace rather than repair the screen for a 3rd time. My first instinct was to go for the s22 ultra yet after reading the reviews, the plastic back and smaller size of the S21fe make it difficult to decide.
I grabbed the 20FE off Amazon for $550 and that alone made me happy. The phone itself has been a dream. Now, my step up to it was large so take that with a grain of salt. Coming off the moto 4x.
Like many I upgraded to the S20fe 5g because of better battery life and larger screen. Went from S9 to S20fe. S21fe offers no real advantage. Side note ... I don't understand why low end phones get SD slot, like A13 5g, but not flagships.
Cuz they know those who buy more expensive phones have some more money to spend on phones, thus they do not give you some simple features like storage so you have to upgrade sooner
been almost 3 yrs using the S20 FE 5G. Since i have got it i did compaired it with other flagship devices..but everytime the overall score goes to the S20 FE in terms of price, operation unit sepcs, battery life, selfi-cam, size, etc... so moving to S23 variants is not a big upgrade unless you looking for better Cam specs. I do enjoy my phone and still rocking in 2023! probably if the upcoming S24 if got serious jump in specs then i would consider shifting to a flagship device from Samsung.
I love my S20FE one the biggest reason it has a expandable memory card you can put up to one terabyte of memory. S21FE has no expandable memory and a 128 gigabytes of memory just isn't enough. I'm sticking with my S20FE.
Like bruhh, did Samsung forgot how it was a turn off with the S6 lineup way back in the day with their removal of expandable memory (SD card) and everyone got pissed. Yes, I'm one of them. Now, they doing it with the S21 line up with this current S21 FE again, plus ditching the charger, and the long forgotten headphone jack. Whats up with that? I know tech is getting better and stuff but removing features that are relatively getting better too in its department like the sd card is just messed up tbh.
I have S20 FE and I'm thinking of getting S21 FE :) I love that S21 is wider and lavander color is sooo beautiful 😍 As for the specs, they seem very similar, and I don't use SD card anyway, so that's not a problem.
Having come across this video (great comparison by the way very detailed and yet short and to the point for each comparison element) as I was considering upgrading to S21 FE 5G due to a promotion at my local phoneshop, basically they are giving extra cash back for trading in your old phone to them when buying the S21 FE 5G which makes the net cost of the device come down to 340 GBP. As a result I was considering upgrading but wanted to see if it is worth it for 340 GBP out of pocket cash. But overall it seems like a downgrade to me. I am actually really happy with the screen size of the S20 FE 5G so that to me is a downgrade to get a smaller screen. On top of that the loss of expandable storage, yet another downgrade. Specs wise it doesn't seem to be any more powerful in real world scenarios, slightly faster processing of certain stuff (like processing pics and processing the face unlock) but game and app performance appear to be near identical. So overall it just seems to be a downgrade to me and even at 340 GBP I don't think it is worth it at least not for me. I will wait until the S22 FE 5G comes along maybe then it will be worthwhile to upgrade.
I have the S20 FE and I am going to the Ultra. (used both the 4G and 5G variants) and I am overall satisfied with the performance. The downside to the device is the slightly smaller screen / device that can be a bit to get used to if you have big hands or have adjusted to a larger phone like the Galaxy Ultra or the larger devices from other manufacturers. Other thing to note is that the cameras on the S20 FE are Good but the ones on the S20 or S21 Ultra are better. It will do the job just fine for most everyday uses but if you want to take zoomed images more frequently the larger Ultra phone is a better option.
@@superj7106 6.5 is massive? I have a 7.3.........yea but still it is impossible to handle, I think 6.4 is the best size, with 6.1 too small, and 6.7 too big
I have the S20 FE 5G Red, I loved their whole ads with colors the design, the marketing with BTS top notch, everything was so awesome, I love the hell out of it and made 3 of my friends buy them too from their old Androids, Great Success. Then I was waiting for the S21 FE 5G to drop after the announcement with nice colors and all that, alas it was delayed and all that, oh well, when the first renders came in I was excited (I love the S21 design but I hate the dual-tone), when it actually came out with a smaller screen, bad mediocre colors and no SD card I got super mad I am not upgrading. I expected with the direction they took with S20 FE cool colors I was expecting an Olive Drab green (Dark Green), I was ready but when the colors came they were horrible. I would have disregarded it but why you gotta remove the SD card, i don't understand, anyone at this range is not going to buy a new phone every time it breaks, nor I trust any locked in Memory on any device in this world (because if the screen stops working data is locked in until you change the screen, if on memory card you can just pop it out and put it on a different device and you are golden, all your data is right there. after travelling so much and using many devices for many different activities this is not for me so sad and disappointed. Also I dropped the S20 Fe when going at 60 mph no issues and all that great phone all that happened was 1 small scratch and that's it. I think the S22 FE is a great phone tho. Also if you remove the SD card, and you have 4K 60 recording atleast increase the internal to 256 GB so that I can actually record some videos before I have to connect it to a PC and transfer my data out.
I must have seen over 15 videos about this comparison and I still can't make a decision. I see cameras, 5G and design are big upgrades on the S21, but at this point I don't feel S21 worths its price, as S20 its so much cheaper on my region and has a lot of awesome reviews from users.
Save and get the S21 FE trust me, you will get a MUCH longer software support with 4 years of major software updates and it started with One UI 4.0(Android 12). The s20 FE only have 1 more year of support left. And just get the 256GB model, that's honestly more than enough. I was disappointed about the lost of an SD card slot but after I got the phone for a month, I don't care anymore, there is still plenty of space for me. Plus as it shows, better specs.
I have had my s20 fe for about 2 years and it is still working great. Only issue is my charger port doesn't work so I can only charge wirelessly but I got used to it
Something is severely wrong with the S20 FE's single core score on GB. My LG V40 gets a 525 single core score on GB5. And it has a SD845. It should be getting a 900+. Plus the Adreno 660 is basically a 5nm Adreno 650 overclocked to the gills. They both use the same architecture and have 1,024 ALU's. After thermal throttling it falls into the same performance range. Plus, the SD865 is made with TSMC's node and clocked respectively so it barely if at all throttles. You'll also be hard pressed to find a game the Adreno 650 can't charge through.
Was about to post about that as well. My s20FE S865 single-core scores are usually around 930. Lower than S888 and probably slightly noticeable in real usage, but nowhere near as low as the video suggests.
Now subscribed. Great style of reviewing! just the facts, no hype, no constant talking just to be centre of attention. Excellent points made. I will now check out some of your other reviews. Thank you, !
just changing providers, so have to decide whether to upgrade or not, and wasn't sure. leaning towards keeping with S20. So glad I found your video, so well explained. I will stick to S20, and see what is around ehn my new contract expires. Thank you so much.
This is why I stopped buying Samsung phones. They decided to copy Apple and so many ways. I got rid of the headphone jack they got rid of expandable storage and now they took away the charger and that was one step further than I can accept and I really wasn't thrilled that they took away expandable storage.
Upgrading from old timers S6/7 to probably S21 FE. Will try to get 256GB 8GB RAM version if possible. Otherwise might get S20 then. Will wait for S22 reveal, might be really good phones and hoping to bring down S21 prices.
I did the same. Upgraded from a samsung s7 to a s21 fe for 406 euro's. So far no complaints. Very happy with the phone. I choose the samsung s21 FE for longer software updates better chipset and wireless charging
Just bought a S20 FE for 375€! I can almost trade my 2,5 year old Note 10+ for the same money. I will try it for 14 months and then see what's out there.
I sold my still working S8 bc of the weak battery. I still got 100 for it and bought a half year old s20 fe 5g for just 280 so it costs me 180 euros and i really love the phone. The S8 was still a good choise in 2018 after 3.5 years it was time to change. Im not especially a samsung fan bc i used to love the xperia. But i rly cant find anything for this price value in the xperias, thx for your good Reviews keep that!
the MICRO SD made the S20 FE more appealing to buyers... and Samsung made a terrible mistake of getting rid of it from the S21 FE... love my S20 FE and not looking to upgrade any time in the near future
I've had my S 20 FE 5G for going on a year now. Even with the new S 22 line up now out i still don't see any reason to upgrade yet. My S 20 FE 5G does everything i could ask of it and some. I often forget about the plastic back since i always have a case on it. I love the size of the display on this phone.
I don't use a case on my s20 fe 5g, and it doesn't even look or feel like plastic, or at least not cheap plastic. I bought mine after my note20 got stolen, and sure the glass back fell a little better its not even noticeable or a bummer of any sort
Ah, coming back to my 2nd FE video from this channel after a year now and watched the vid on my s20 fe(4g). I've never felt so good before about a smartphone purchase, this s20 fe still is a steal even after a year+ and this year does not bring that big of an upgrade(heck its a downgrade if u ask me because of the lack of expandable storage) as I hoped for, since it launched about a year later compared to the first fe(which was bout half a year later) and at the same price tag(which should've been cut/lower imo) as the video already stated. Overall the last year's fe still stacks up in comparison and as an owner of one I recommend waiting for the s22(if u can, at that extra price tag) or getting the s21(which is a better buy) or even the new fe, if on sale(If u don't own the previous fe already).....
Great review. I don't have an S20 FE but am really considering getting the S21 FE. Is it worth the current price drop on Amazon ($599)? Do you think it will drop further when the S22 drops at the end of February? Thanks!
I ended up getting the 8/256gb version of the s21 FE for $569 US and am very happy with the phone so far. Smooth screen experience and the battery lasts a full day for me. I do wish they had a 90 hz refresh rate, but it's not a huge issue. I love the size and weight. Perfect for me. I'm hoping with Android 12 out of the box and the Samsung commitment on updates, this will last me a few years.
I've had my s20 fe stolen, so I'm looking for a replacement. S21 and S22 come with exynos in my country, but s21 fe comes with snapdragon and has almost the same price as s20 fe 4g, so the choice is obvious. Thank you for the comparison!
I had used S20 FE for year and a half and it's absolutely an amazing set but I recently lost it so now I have to again buy phone I'm confused to buy it again or update to s21 FE
Also loss of Snapdragon
I've compared them side by side. Samsung literally nerfed the s21fe by giving it a larger punch hole despite having the same sensor.
@@Dongzzzzzz Yeah and there's something going on with the processing too the S21FE having the same 32 MP hardware takes better selfies than the S20FE. Wth!?

Great to see this. I was about to buy a S22 of some kind. But then found the S21FE. It really amazed me, convenient size/weight. Plastic back. The S22 are heavier and has this sensitive glass back. So I bought a S21FE with 256Gb to not miss the SD card too much :)

I bought S21 Fe for 499€ and get Galaxy Buds lives. Good deal? Yes in my opinion.
S20 FE is still wow I really want it
I feel as if the S21 FE would only be worth the upgrade if you're coming from something on the lower end to begin with, each year the improvement are only incremental over the last year so you only stand to benefit if the performance boost will be pretty noticable
I'm maybe a good example, up from an A02s

What s21fe surprises me is its cameras,
I have seen many comparisons with 13 and most the shots were soo close it was hard to call which is better, ( sky rendition is always better on iphones ) exept that s21fe has a solid cam.
I would take the s20fe because of the slightly bigger screen and the screen refresh of the 120hz camera is my favorite

But you did not say about main problem of 888 snap: it is better than 865, but the cost is that it throttles like hell, heats (and because of that it has lesser battery life), while 865 is way more stable.

In my region the S20FE has Snapdragon and is $500, while the S21FE has Exynos and is $750, so it's no contest there.
Will upgrade from iPhone 11 to S21 FE in a couple of months. S22 release will undoubtedly reduce the price of S21 FE.
Or save even more money and get the better phone by getting the s20 fe 5g instead
Dude 6.5 it's small to you?:/My hand hurts from using it with one hand
@@Petrrii I agree the is massive and is great for big hands compared to an S10
I am using Samsung S20 fe since 6 months and quite satisfied with it.
Only issue is my charger port doesn't work so I can only charge wirelessly but I got used to it
What is best smartphone around 850 USD to buy currently?
@@Naraayanay samsung s22
Don't waste money just get an s20fe or s21 for less than 300 dollars usd
@@charlesfifer6453 thank you
Something is severely wrong with the S20 FE's single core score on GB.
Yo for real? My S20FE gives me a single core score of 911 when I last checked it few weeks back. Gotta check it soon after the Android 12 update.
Was about to post about that as well. My s20FE S865 single-core scores are usually around 930. Lower than S888 and probably slightly noticeable in real usage, but nowhere near as low as the video suggests.
@@malharkapadnekar4504 There is a problem on the score single core shown at 6:01 of this video.
@@timmyw5045 Yeah ig he turned off the enhanced processing mode maybe🤷
yeah, I can confirm the same thing.. I got 899 points on single core

OMG
Look at the s20fe selfe cam😳😳
Animation is awesome 🔥
Now subscribed. Great style of reviewing! just the facts, no hype, no constant talking just to be centre of attention. Excellent points made. I will now check out some of your other reviews. Thank you, !
Thank you so much, how do you think it compares with the pixel 6?
I actually prefer how the S20 FE looks in this video.
What is best smartphone around 850 USD to buy currently?
@@Naraayanay no idea.
I prefer S20 FE'S design. S21 FE looks more cheap.
I got s20fe on sale for 34k ie 450$ and thats a bargain.. almost at the price of nord 2. Best buy for me
just changing providers, so have to decide whether to upgrade or not, and wasn't sure. leaning towards keeping with S20.
I upgraded to the s21 fe, it is a upgrade 👌
I sold my still working S8 bc of the weak battery. I still got 100 for it and bought a half year old s20 fe 5g for just 280 so it costs me 180 euros and i really love the phone. The S8 was still a good choise in 2018 after 3.5 years it was time to change. Im not especially a samsung fan bc i used to love the xperia. But i rly cant find anything for this price value in the xperias, thx for your good Reviews keep that!
IL stick to my s20 fe 5g. It's great and does all I need to do. I would just improve on the battery.
the MICRO SD made the S20 FE more appealing to buyers... and Samsung made a terrible mistake of getting rid of it from the S21 FE... love my S20 FE and not looking to upgrade any time in the near future
Likewise, and yup they fcked up
I've had my S 20 FE 5G for going on a year now.
Im getting a used s20 fe once it’s $200-300 sometime nxt yr
Shud easily supports oneui5,micro sd slot is a must imho
Sd865 shud be just fine
Great comparison video. Thank you for this
Ah, coming back to my 2nd FE video from this channel after a year now and watched the vid on my s20 fe(4g).
I have samsung galaxy s20 fe 5g almost 5 months and I have to say that samsung has very good job I have no issues
Just upgraded to 21FE from s20 4g. Thanks for the info mate!!!
We don't get the snapdragon version here still -_-
Good job Wade 👌
I've had my s20 fe stolen, so I'm looking for a replacement. S21 and S22 come with exynos in my country, but s21 fe comes with snapdragon and has almost the same price as s20 fe 4g, so the choice is obvious. Thank you for the comparison!
You’re welcome! Glad I could help!
I had used S20 FE for year and a half and it's absolutely an amazing set but I recently lost it so now I have to again buy phone I'm confused to buy it again or update to s21 FE
