I’ve tried this holster and for the price it’s great; has good retention and is comfortable. Ultimely, for this style I find myself preferring my Hidden Hybrid Holsters version.
The engineering on that setup is OUTSTANDING! The price is very reasonable too! 100 bucks for the whole package deal. I like the same ones you do. I'm definitely an outside the waistband guy myself.
I've got an Alien Gear holster for every one of my "modern" hand pews and I love them all. IWB, OWB, open carry or conceal carry mine are comfortable. Thanks for sharing and as always keep Pew pewing.
Love my Alien Gear Shapeshift for my Shield 9mm. I have it set up, most times as an IWB. Very comfortable, can even tuck around it and blouse the shirt a bit and nobody knows it's there. The appendix carry set up is nice, as long as I'm not sitting for extended periods of time. I will be ordering one of their regular IWB holsters for my full size 1911.
My friend has one of these. Idk the exact set up he uses. But he doesn’t have any complaint. Also I think our wives shop at the same store because I saw 2 decorations in your house that I can see from my table right now.

Bought one of those set ups for my M&P 9 Shield a couple months ago. I love it. Most of the time I use the inside the waistband. Very quality product. You are right, when you first open the box it looks a little overwhelming, a little too much going on. But once you put it together and change it up a few times, it’s very easy. Great holster.
I thought I wanted this setup until I got it. Bought one for both the wife and I, we both have Sig 320 and we put them together once and now they stay in the box in the closet. I upgraded her slide to accommodate a red dot and the Alien Gear wont allow it. Additionally we have light laser and they didn't have any options for those either. Ultimately we went with another company that would allow for everything and we love them. Bought an inside and outside for both of us and haven't turned back since. I love where alien gear was going with this setup I just wish it would have worked for us. I'll probably keep one just to have it but thinking about selling the other to my buddy when he buys his Sig.
I have a Sig Sauer M18 with a romeo 1 pro and a olight pl min2 valkyrie and I use a Werkz holster there are a little expensive but they fit perfectly and Does not scratch my firearm. I would like a owb holster when I am on the range as well.
I have Alien Gear holsters for three of my pistols. Love them. Very comfortable, totally secure, easy to use. All my other holsters have now been tossed into a drawer.
I have the Core Carry Pack for my Glock and their shoulder holster for church use (with a jacket). Also have an older Alien Gear for my S&W M&P. I like their products a lot. I also have other holsters that have been accumulated over the years, and those are mostly stashed in a closet somewhere.

I got a big honkin ass Blackhawk paddle holster for my G3. It's a really nice holster but if I try to carry on my side or 4-5 o'clock, it hits against the center storage thing in my Trailblazer. When I do get situated I can't buckle my seat belt lol 😆 I just end up carrying my little 38 snub in my pocket.
Not a big fan of plastic holsters . I prefer leather . My hobby is leather craft , go figure ! Every holster I have is hand made and custom for the pistol I carry !
@@Thousand_yard_King I make them for me and my gun club members . The only thing that is not leather is some of them have spring clips which I also encase in leather . It's my hobby not going into a marketing them .

For several years I've used another, older Alien Gear holster and like it. This one looks like it was designed by somebody who grew up watching the Transformers.
With the world being the way it is today, all law abiding citizens esp those that have families that they love and want to protect should be carrying and have uscca in case you have to use it

You need to do a video on your Glock 21! I see it has some custom work done to it !!! The 21 was my duty gun until I retired and they gave it to me.
