I met Ashley at Comic-Con a few years ago, as she was standing in line in front of me when Wil was signing and selling his books. She was super sweet, although a little embarrassed/timid about being recognized.
You were right Ashley - TLOU is awsome.
Can't stop watching this. There is just not enough of her on youtube and I'm freaking obsessed with her.
She is really doing a excellent job voice acting Ellie, really fascinating character and reminds me Clementine

She's not the daughter of the playable character but if you mean the young girl seen in all the trailers then yes, she is. The characters name is Ellie and the main character, Joel, is helping her escape from a quarantined area for an unknown reason.
Yes and more recently she was the waitress in The Avengers. The one Captain america saves. She is a good actress and very beautiful

I was trying to remember where I've seen her before then I was able to find that she was in Avengers and is the pool of Joss Whedon actors now. Also, I remember her from The Help. I was definitely rooting for her in Alhambra and future projects as well

Didn't realize that she was Teen Gwen. Wow, how oblivious am I? As for 'Last of Us', think she hit the nail on the head; going to be *awesome.* Honestly, I've never lamented not having a PS3. However, after seeing the Demo I will shed Man-Tears if I'm not able to purchase one when the game releases. As for Ashley herself, wow how outstanding is she. She's just got a style that, frankly, leaves me crushing on her.
Wow, I spent this entire time trying to figure out where the hell I recognized her from, turns out she played the little girl in the Jean-Claude Van Damme movie A.W.O.L, haven't seen that movie in like 10 years but I must have watched it a thousand times when I was kid.

Dude, I didn't know Ashley is a gamer, that's awesome! It's maybe a little silly but I love it when actors in video games are actually gamers themselves. Can't WAIT for The Last of Us! I'm probably going to get a PS3 partially so I can play it (As well as Journey and the Tales of series and lots of other stuff, really).

I'm starting to see a network of working actors, getting the coolest gigs, seemingly from who and what you know. Advice for aspiring actors, heading to L.A.? Don't get that serving job in between auditions, learn how to play D&D and find a gamer group in town. Preferably one with Wil Wheaton in it!!

I'm trapped in this harsh love with with her non existant charachter Ellie, and I always feel a deep sadness when I face that she isn't real. Ashley is pretty, but Ellie somehow captures me in a brutal, unforgiving way.
Ya same here, but she's the next best thing buddy ;) oh and they're pretty much the exact same personality, just different bodies and environment (Ash is on modern day kinda shitty Earth, Ellie is in post-pandemic shittier Earth) lol :p

just so you know ashley, a "lady in waiting" is a daughter of nobility who serves a higher ranking noble in the loosest sense of the term. a lady in waiting is to be a friend and confidant of that higher ranking noble, not exactly a servant. although as a lady in waiting you must always fear that the higher ranking noble that you "serve" might think that you are untrustworthy, because they can off you. :slit throat motion:
