I think Light Man was harder than the Devs were for me because Light Man was just a constant race to get all those hits in while the Devs was all about consistency and practice, once you got the patterns down you got it but still an amazing fight with a banger tune.
The issue for me is dodging the shit dev gnomes throws at you during the loop. On insane it's absolutely brutal, at least on lower difficulties you don't need as many loops regardless of if you're min-maxing attack chances by throwing safety to the wind. Light being definitely was a slog on expert and insane to actually kill, which is why I have no shame turning down the difficulty to no hit him while also actually managing to kill him. Granted, I no hitted him on expert without the arm, so I had the achievement, but still. Ridiculous fight on expert/insane with the arm.

The original creator (emma essex) provides downloads of their song's stems/samples freely, which is probably where they got them. Though, it's worth it to note that this really wasn't an issue besides external record companies getting in scuffles with people who use nOISE gATE in content, since emma is quite lenient with licensing.
I love it when games pull a "meet your maker" with relation to the developers. The Cat God statue mentions "I will allow you to meet your maker" or something along those lines, and [Spoilers for Inscryption]*. It's fantastic. *Magnificus says "We shall both be meeting our makers soon" at the end of the game, when everything is falling apart

The only fight that I played on normal just so I could win it. Did the light warrior on my first blind run on normal because he had to much hp and Catgod is the only one I did on easy, because I needed to kill him and he was crazy
