Finally s7 got the message. I remeber at one time i had so many tmnt s7 ults on pre order and when i saw some retailers clearancing them for like 35 dollars on a figure i just paif 60 dollars for i cancelled all pres and never pre ordered another s7 or paid full price for one ever again.
I think this is a winner line for Super 7 Mike and there are a lot of possibilities as you mentioned from troop builders to unique figures. I can see them doing Silverhawks this way with the helmets head sculpts which will be cool in a retro card packaging... 😃☕️👍💡👋 also I think this line is to catch a new audience which I already noticed in forums of other collectors getting interested and they never bought ultimates because of pricing...
If it could save $10, I wouldn't mind having a choice to just have a basic figure and 1 or two weapons versus the option for multiple hands, faces and accessories at a higher cost.
I was able to preorder the Lion-O but I do wish it had another set of hands and maybe another face/ head expression. One thing I noticed is that the claw shield doesn't look to have the little tag thing to attach to the belt yet the belt has the peg for it....odd.
Seriously? Whining over the Packaging? I don't have a problem with it. It's streamlined, and tastefully updated. The Price Point is LOWER and that is what you should be happy about. If I were going to "gripe" I would have wanted a Plastic Bubble with Tabs, that poke through the cardboard and fold on the backside. then you could take your Figure out if so desired and put him back in. Budda Bing! Budda BOOM! I agree that there were just too many useless "options" that came with the majority of them, that only served to DRIVE that Price Point up. I would have preferred a $29.99 Price Point myself and think they would attract more to the line if it was. If S7 really wanted to, they could do an "Extras" Package, that comes with a myriad of hands and other parts for the figures. Sort of like what HasBlo did with GI Joe back in the 80s with the Gear Packs.
FYI, that ball and chain weapon is a 'flail'. A mace is similar, but without the chain. Apparently, it's disputed whether flails were actually used in historical battles, because they are extremely impractical, and very few examples actually exist.
Fewer accessories for a $20 discount is a good trade off. Though $35 still aint cheap.
This is the price all super 7 figs should be .
Due to the extreme adult nature of the situation of 10$ Street Wise, I suggest you don't ask what you can get for 20$😂❤
I wish they would put one set of extra hands in there. Also, Monkion should have his shield. Other than that, I'm glad to see it.
There should be demands if Super 7 sells its Lion-O toy version in retro packaging.

Hopefully, we get a Tygra in his cartoon colors. The one super 7 release looked more like LJ.N.
Super 7 needs to bump up the articulation. At least in the arms of the Thundercats line.

I'd rather have less accessories than paying more. You can buy accessories separately and get what you want.
Thank god Brian Flynn took money from these new investors. They’re showing him how to actually sell product and I’m sure he’s not happy about it.

The extra accessories may be good on your favorite characters but why pay extra for the B list characters. This is a good idea, options are good.
I hope Super 7 makes Lion-O's skin orange as shown in the cartoon series. The figure looks anemic
I'm excited for the new Deluxe Figures. I think I may just buy these instead of the Ultimates.

You can't get a basic haircut for $10 nowadays.
They just dropped Conan Deluxe for 35USD
Great News ✨️😀
