This is a very detailed video for measuring and checking normal devices. However, nothing is fixed here. The voltages shown on "bad" device are normal. Mine was exactly the same and the device tested good when removed from the circuit. Nice effort, but you didn't verify this took care of the error. If you actually solved the ABR ESP problem, please update what was done.

did you replace the element, and get the unit working ?

Not yet, reason the device is locally not available and unit replacement were easier for me, where i live.
