    You're the only person I've seen having sinilar eyebrow hairs to mine. I have such thick individual hairs that none of the products is doing anything other than taming them a bit. And I'm pretty sure that whenever I decide to try lamination they will say exactly what your daughter eas saying😂 also you are so beautiful

    I’m 70 and have multiple brow hairs on both sides that stick straight out and they are about 3x as thick as the other hairs. They have been resistant to everything including lamination. All I can do is try to keep them short but they also seem to grow 3x as fast as the other hairs which I also have to trim. Brows are the bane of my facial existence.

    I have the same, happened the past few years as I'm getting older. What I do, that others may not like, is very carefully use a brow trimmer. I use a magnifying mirror so I can see very closely, and I just trim off part of each brow hair that's sticking out! A third of the hair maybe. It doesn't remove the errant hair, just trims only the part that sticks out. I don't like gels, etc. It makes my brows look matted or wet. After I carefully trim, I apply eyebrow tint and they look great :) I just realized this video is a year old. I only recently found your channel and am looking through all the videos. I hope you see this.

    So, a good tip is not to brush whenever using any product to tame brows. Let the product work to achieve flat brows by not using a brush, but a spatula to apply, and use a flat surface i.e. spatula, side of brush, etc., to push the eyebrow down. Apply product again, push down again. Wipe away any access material using no oils or oily products on the skin beforehand. After flat and dry, apply your favorite product like a brow pencil, pomade, etc. You don't want fibers of your looking for flat brows. Good luck! ❤
    Also, apply product like gel or pomade against the hair growth then with!

Then comb them straight up and do the same on the top side. Hi Bobbie your hair looks fab and you're lucky to still have quite full brows. Trimming the odd hair may be enough to stop it sticking out (plucking just seems a bit drastic lol). Mine don't do that and I just use a tinted brow gel with fibres - the benefit gimme brow in shade one is the best shade match I've found and a tube lasts me at least six months (so it's not that expensive per use lol). For an evening makeup look I'll add a bit of brow pencil for extra definition, but the gimme brow is enough day to day. I should mention I get my brows threaded and tint them myself every six weeks. Best wishes.

    I have developed such bad OCD over this that I’ve plucked out all the hairs that do this and I’ve made the problem worse as they feel worse when they grow back. I’ve also ended up with hardly any eyebrows and I now have to pencil them on every day. I am saving up to get them micro bladed but long term I’d love to grow them back but only if they stop sticking out. So if I can find a solution to this issue so I can have natural eyebrows again that would be so amazing.

    I have been looking for this vid for two weeks! That’s when I originally watched it. I was thinking about the vid this morning as I plucked out about 6 or 7 rogue eyebrow hairs! Mine grow straight out! They are like the bristles on a brush! Terrible! Nothing I do helps! There’s no way I could afford to do anything more permanent. I use a brow pencil to fill the bald spots. I might have to buy a brow wig- have you heard of them? They are pretty expensive but are real hair. Thanks in advance for your response. 😊 Diane

      I haven't heard of that. Have you tried laminating your brows?

    • @chincaglieria
      @chincaglieria ปีที่แล้ว

      @@MindfulMidlife I can't afford that. The brow wigs and brow stickers are sold all over the internet. The wigs are made with human hair. They are fairly expensive. My issues stemmed from way overplucking as a teen and now they grow, but many of them grow straight out or down or up, and they are either jet black bristles or snow white. Ugh!

      There are at-home kits. I may try a couple and do a video about it.

    I have the worst eyebrows. They all stick out, it’s impossible for any of them to lay flat. Eyebrow gel helps a bit but they still don’t all lay down with it. Recently had my makeup done for a wedding and the makeup artist was trying to use the eyebrow gel and said how stubborn they were haha she suggested I get them laminated down instead of up. Not sure that’s a thing but def can’t afford $100 a month!

    My eyebrows do the same. I just accept it because fussing over it will take my peace and never ending. No such thing as a perfect eyebrow, GOD created the hairs to go in that direction so it is perfect. The magazine image will rob people's peace to live up to what they brainwash a false perfect. If accept it , it will give peace and with the peace the beauty will come. If in the spirit more then the flesh that also brings the peace. No one really sees it but ourselves ,in the end of the day no one cares about another persons eyebrows just there personality and kindness. I use to fuss with my brows it was taking away to much time and peace. Now i dont fuss and just do the eyebrow makeup fast if i put it on. Sometimes accepting and trusting with acceptance the way it is and finding beauty in it with not living up to celeb etc images , will make to feel most happy.

    I have wavy brow hairs 😥 They grow long & have a bend in them....kinda like they want to follow my arch but they missed the location memo & didn't get the bend in the right place. So they stick out at their bend, rather than lie flat.....What The FraggleRock!

    Almost all the hairs in my left brow are wonky; up, out, backwards, curled, just the left, the right one is fine. Nothing has helped. I gave up and cut bangs!

    Try body tape. Like bandage tape that is paper. Tape at night. Often it's the pillowcase causing the problem when you sleep.

    Sad to say, my eyebrows are so bad that if I didn't trim or pluck them, I would look like one of those old guys whose brows are horribly wiry and go everywhere. I have plucked too many of them, and now it looks like I don't have any eyebrows at all. On top of everything, I have oily skin even at my age (over 70), so the color disappears within a few hours. Laminating too expensive and not good for my sensitive skin. Guess I'm stuck. I will try hair spray and maybe the Elf brow lift gel. Has anyone tried a super strong gel made for people who have Mohawk hair styles?

    It doesn't seem wise or safe to apply the brow stain immediately after laminating them. Your brow area was obviously pink and irritated after the lamination process which of course is what caused the extreme burning.
