It was seamless and wouldn’t look out of place from a movie. Second, was the exit of the tunnel. The noise of the motorbikes stopped as soon as you guys left the tunnel, like you had been shot out into a different world. Brilliant.
Iury Piva you also gotta factor in that he’s going down hill so his momentum is forcing the cranks round, he’s on a tracklocross setup so the ratio is v easy

The trick is not using brakes.
High intensity interval training will get you there (assuming you have the will power to push through).

@@raycath0de it woulda been way easier in a bigger gear. tracklocross gearing downhill is a bit of a nightmare to keep spinning.

A track bike with some adjustments used for cross racing. (i.e. fixed gear but usually with wider bars and tires)
