As a tent camper I like that rack on top so I can throw a tent or kayaks up there. Also water isn’t a issue in my area so I think I would like the nice pressure of the on board hot water system. I would love to see a one of these trailers come in a tan color to match my Jeeps.
Ronny. The longer the length or distance between the hitch point and position of the wheels, the slower the towed object will move or articulate in reverse. The shorter the distance, the quicker it will get out of alignment.
Good advice on camping with kids. I find it very rewarding, I make sure we cook desert most nights and my 9yr old loves helping to cook either Cheesecake, Dumplings, Damper and Apple Crumble…. This weekend we are crossing the Simmo and all my son asks is Don’t forget the stuff to make Cheesecake dad 😂👍🇦🇺👍
It sounds wrong but it's actually easier to back up a longer trailer. Sure it takes more room to manoeuvre but there's a longer delay between the movement of the tow vehicle and the trailer vs a shorter trailer which responds much faster to less input.
Great video. When I was in the military did a lot of camping. When I got out none. Like your ideas. Might try some camping again. I live in northern Michigan, where would I find the X1-N trailer and gear?
The thing I hate is that patriot decides not to have every lock with those flat style latches like on that one door on the right side of the trailer, why not have the kitchen and the rear storage lock among other places on the trailer lock so your valuable don’t get stolen without the need of padlocks.
150 L for 3 = 18.75 L a day or 6.25 L per day each which isn't that bad, especially when you take into account the young ones were using it for the first time and better than 9 L out of the bucket.
Your a good dad mate the smiles on the girls faces says that
I love camping with my two boys and when they get a bit older they start helping you as well 👍

i have a 8 & 10. thanks for the ideas :-)
No worries 🤙
Small trailers tend to be squirrelly, the longer the better.
Awesome review
Glad you enjoyed it!
Great review! I see the awning is mounted right on top of the trailer. Does it have brackets which raise it up when it is being used?
Yes, the awning comes with gas-assisted lifts.

Yep, longer trailers are easier to back up.
I love the blue colour one 🍻🇦🇺

You are a very lucky man.......
What size is the CAOS box on top of the trailer? I like how you can strap it down but still open it!

What is the link to the shower tent you have?
I believe he has a 23zero ensuite tent, they’re great and easy to put up and down
Well done, the kids will look back on those times and treasure the memories. Too much city and too much technology is ruining kids these days.
For sure!
