I'm working as a bather atm but will be making the steps to get trained to become a groomer. Thank you for your video. Very easy to understand. If you have any tips for someone just starting out in this business what would it be?
I’ve been “trying” to groom my dogs for years and have seen SO many tutorials. This is the absolute best one I’ve ever watched. Thank you for your explanations and expertise.
Ma'am, you are a GENIUS. Thank you for validating my want/need to clipper a face to save time. I'm OBSESSED with your technique to round out the entire face 😍
I am learning about grooming, paid a lot of money on this academy in San Diego and they have never taught us like that, the teacher only let their instructors to help us but they don’t know how to explain very well, and i am still don’t know how to do a teddy bear head after 8 days of being there. Thanks for teaching us, i am learning because of you.
Such a great video! I’ve been looking for exactly this. You are a great teacher, and do a beautiful job. One thing that is difficult with these video’s is we need a closer view to see closer exactly what is being gone to the eye, bridge of nose, and snout. Your description is wonderful but I do wish the videographer could either zoom in or simply get closer to you and show us the actual scissoring up close. It’s especially hard to see with black fur. I hope you do a repeat some day and have your camera closer and maybe better lighting would help? I’m going to look at your other videos to see if I can see better with another lesson. Thank you sooo very much for these instructional videos! ❤
I’ve returned to this video several times for a refresher. Still by far the best video and teacher for this technique. I’ve had some trouble trying to locate the thinning shears, it seems the right handed variety is hard to come by. Would you have an alternative brand I could try? Also, how many teeth should we be looking for with these shears? Keep making new videos! We’ll be following! ❤
I'm going through the Paragon online school program and would not be where I am right now without your videos. You are an absolute amazing teacher and I thank you with all my heart for making these videos. You've really taken something so overwhelming for someone like me and broke it down in to easier to follow steps.
im doing paragon in 2 weeks, what should i learn before i start? ive had 3 yrs of experience from being a dog groomer’s assistant so i know how to use shears and hold them, as well as shaving the body. what would you say is the most vital to learn and memorize? thank you so much!!
After watching multiple videos to try and troubleshoot why I was struggling so much with round faces, you helped me realise I’m clipping too much off the faces and not leaving enough cheek hair! Very good tutorial, especially for beginners like me!
Hello! I’m in grooming school for about 12 month.. and I just want to say your teaching is amazing 🤩 I’ve learned more here then the tow month I’ve been in school. Thank you 🙏
Best Teacher-Groomer on You Tube!! THANKS! Can you provide a link to the sellers of the curved thinner shears? Having no luck searching for Sassy Dog curved thinners from the U.S. net. You are inspirational and make me strive harder...again most Sincere, THANK YOU!
My havanese looks just like this one. I love the definition in the legs. Very sharp cut. I’d love how to perfect the legs like this. Amazing tutorial. I understand what you meant about the schnauzer look. That’s what I’ve been doing wrong. Thank you!!❤

Anything 10 and shorter will do, doesn’t really have a different since the length is the attachment.
