Very valid article Roman. For folks who might be wondering about the reasoning behind this 1.5 hour sleep cycle, allow me to pitch in with few tit-bits of sleep. Sleep largely consists of two phases- REM and non-REM. REM( Rapid eye movement) is the part where your brain is active, to the point of wakefulness, body is engaged and dreaming happens in this stage. It is usually a 30 minute long period. Non-REM is the deep sleep component characterized by the delta waves components. Brain activity is pretty low and repair works happen at this stage. This is usually 60 minutes long. When you wake up in REM part, for e.g. while watching a dream suddenly you would wake up. You will feel fresh. As mentioned before, your body activity closely matches wakefulness so the transistion is easy. Waking up, in non-REM is painful. Body activity is low and jolting it to wakefulness results in shock and your body responds by dizziness and confusion. Imagine, if somebody rings the dorrbell and or, make a fone call and you are in non-REM part. Hence the concept of 1.5 hours (60+30 minutes). On a world average, people need 4-5 such cycles for rejuvenation. For lucky 3% population, only 3 cycles are needed.

They decided ki ek gola bum phodhte hein isko jagate hein. 1 metre away from me unhone ek hari dori wala gola bum phoodha (the deadliest kind). Me sota rha, they had to come in my room and open all of the windows to ventilate the room to let all of the smoke out. P.S. at the age of 20 i experienced my first earthquake because i slept through them all until then.

All the countries give preference to their national language like China Japan and many more but we Indians starts giving preference to the western culture and talking about the India as a religious country and shit change your thinking who all are saying that speak in English
